Pretty much this. I know a few people who live there and they’ve not had any restrictions ever really. Also every single one of them has had covid at some time or other. Pretty much seemed to just go for herd immunity. That coupled with the high level of vaccinations means that they have almost no cases now. Not all great though as they also have had the highest death rate in europe (maybe the world?)
