59 years on this rock and its taken me until now to get "inked"

Had this done a week or so ago... I work with and come into contact with so many people who have been hated, discriminated against and generally treated badly because of who they love.  

i felt i needed to do something to show that i care no matter who they are and who they love.

It is the "Ally" symbol... the black and "white" bars recognise Hetero, the top of the pyramid are the colours of the trans community, and the rainbow is.. well...... pretty obvious.

Hello everyone and greetings from the States!

 

Haven't yet found a reason to nose in and post just yet but this thread caught my eye. Just got bit by the EPL bug last summer and was wondering what club to throw my support behind. Some other fans at my work suggested Leicester, as I typically like to root for sports teams with a rich history and a constant “underdog” chip-on-the-shoulder kind of feel. My favorite animal happens to be the fox, and once I read that the first match for the Leicester Fosse was played on the first of November (my birthday), I was hooked. I’ve relished diving headfirst into Premier League football and rooting on the club this past season, even during what turned out to be a frustrating campaign. It seemed appropriate that I already had this tattoo before I became a fan. Anyway, thanks for the opportunity to share, and for the intriguing posts throughout the year. Someday, I hope to travel over to the UK and take in a match at the King Power in person.

Someone bumped the tatt thread and I saw this ‘Ally’ symbol. Surely it would’ve been more relevant to have this lad tattooed somewhere instead?
