Mitchell got a promotion in position by moving to Malmo. 
 

With those positions changing as they’ve been occupied by long standing people at the club, it’s allowed us to alter the entire setup I’d guess.

Seems very unlikely to me. That doesn't explain Beaglehole going part-time. I think this is almost certainly from above Rudkin.

You're right 

But when a decent number of people are brought in with big credentials to replace those running things, it isn't hard to see that some people were probably let go and eased out the door rather than it being fully by choice
