As soon as they forgot to mention the crabs and delivery time in the meeting, that should be a firing regardless of win or lose. That's business 101 surely. All the rest of the bollocks in the show where they take on a task they've never done before like fishing, making a new drink, designing an app etc is all bluster and entertainment purposes, but if they can't get the business part right then they should go.
