Yeah he's been a dud, as evidenced by Brighton wanting to get rid of him. He was one of the few that was signed for the manager rather than through scouting I believe.

I really don't feel confident in any of our center backs. Granted I've not seen Okali play but Coady, Vestergaard and Faes worry me. For sure they have strengths and are internationals ect but we need somebody we can say he's our number 1 centerback, he's first on the team sheet.

 

In conclusion, I'm happy we're looking for somebody!

From what I've seen, he's like a budget sol bamba. Good at giving the ball away, but unlike Sol, doesn't have the ability to then win it back again.
