Still not convinced. I just don't think he works/runs hard enough to make it in the prem. He doesn't score or assist so what is he? A holding player? I hope he changes it and he does seem better than last season but still looks lazy to me.

Very good game. Put his boot when needed and made a lung bursting break bulldozing past about 3 Leeds players. Exactly what we wanted to see. Actually feel that our midfield was the difference today.

Excellent tonight, seems to slowly be getting up to speed with the intensity required but he's making progress.

I don’t think he was excellent. But he was better than he has been

....................  Look at Praet tonight.  Brilliant, but the Prem pace takes a lot to get up to speed.

Soumy Inching better 👍

Tielemans made him tonight, honestly that was one of the best Tielemans performances I've seen in a Leicester shirt and not for creativity but for tactically marshaling the entire defence and midfield. It was a masterclass.

True, played RB, CDM and even got forward at times. Really dynamic performance.

I genuinely thought he was, albeit against an awful opponent. Up until his booking he was one of our better players tonight. Seemed switched on for once and not as prone to having his pocket picked. Got up and down well and generally comfortable on the ball. There's night and day between that performance this evening and his performances last season. Of course time will tell, and he'll inevitably need to put in performances like that against better opposition before we can say for certain that he's turned a corner, but you can only beat what's in front of you and he looked much improved tonight.

I'd agree about Tielemans. Absolutely great performance. Played the quarter back role pulling the strings and pinging some superb passes down the field. Pleasure to watch him when he plays like that as he made Castagne and Praet look very good. Need to try and renew that contract as he's a key player when he's in that kind of form.

He simply isn’t a DM. Can’t hold his position or read the game. He’s great on the ball but he simply can’t sense danger

....I believe we all know that!!!

What you are looking for is not what he is, and he will never be converted to what you like him to be.

No it’s not what I’m looking for. It’s what Rodgers is looking for

What does KDH do?

Interesting to see the range of opinions. I’ve been quite critical of many of his performances but  I thought he was very good tonight, driving forward, tracking back and anticipating their play to make interceptions. Best I’ve seen him play since the Spartan Moscow game.

He was pretty good today but like today, he  can glide past 3 players with so much pace and power, you think F*** he’s a monster, why can’t he do that more often?

That's the conundrum with him. You can't expect it every time, but it feels sometimes like whenhe does it, it's by accident rather than being confident enough to go for it.

But that's the potential with him. Get to consistently do that sort of thing and he could dominate midfields in this league.
