Newcastle will still be fighting for top 4 when they play us though

They've got Leeds to play next though. Want them riled up and ready to beat them to remain in the race.

This is getting heated.

Newcastle stepping up to oppose Manchester City, will be good for the league long term.

Cheering on an Arsenal win here to keep Manchester City honest when they play Everton.

Can't have them 3pts ahead and a game in hand as they play Real Madrid either side and Pep may take a few chances with selection with that sort of lead.

I just don't see Pep being the sort.

Look at yesterday. He almost had an aneurism at 2-0 up because Haaland gave the penalty to Gundogan who was chasing a hatrick.

Arsenal are definitely going to regret missing these sitters in the second half. Absolutley shocking finishing. On another note, Newcastle really are a team full of cvnts. They’re going to seriously injure an opposition player one day with how they go into tackles. All stems from that horrible gobshite Howe and his little puppet on the sideline

Despite man city’s squad seeming to be full of depth, when they don’t play  their first choice stars, they can struggle a bit. Remember arsenal lost at Everton. they can make it an ugly physical contest

No idea just pure boos. Arsenal are the worst time wasting team in the league though so maybe it’s they. Although 5 mins was added on so who knows

Booing was likely for the officials.

Yeah, Kes was pretty lovely too but she was knocking on a bit (almost 5), and the loss of Kes was tempered by Seven arriving tbf.

Honestly have no idea who you lot are on about and all I'm mentally seeing is Craig David's best friendCraig-David-Bo-Selecta-1-1000x600.jpg

Even though unlikely Man City will drop points, surely we would still want Arsenal in contention for when they play Forest away?

Equally important if Arsenal win they’re more likely to play a stronger side against Everton.

He's had some great commentary moments but Martin Tyler really needs moving on now. He couldn't sound less interested these days.

Also talks drivel. Like that just being one of rhr saves of the season?!! lol It was pretty much straight at Ramsdale FFS.

This game is great.

Man City are brilliant, but don’t give you games like this to watch.

Just seen that Newcastle use HWTL as their Twitter nerd area code. Doesn't make sense really, it's 'Howay The Lads (HTL).

Unless they're all clandestine fans of the British TV footnote that is Howard's Way?

Newcastle are a very crafty dirty team though, a couple of 'accidental' elbows flying about.

Newcastle deserve the time wasting, they would, and have done exactly the same when winning all season.
