The one that went through his legs was a one on one.

Terrible defending from Kristiansen.

The forward should always score from that position. I’m not sure he can be blamed for that.

I figured I should at least give the baying masses something to snack on. lol

Would agree though, was harsh.

I’m sure @StriderHiryu will give mic better analysis than me, however….

The first two goals in the 2nd half were very similar.

3rd Goal -  takes a deflection off Coady. He gets in front of Vestergaard. Ideally we want to stop the cross.

2nd goal -back post. 4 Newcastle players queuing up at the back post. Kristiansen watching on his own.

4th goal - Kristiansen comes across to support the two centre backs. Leaving Murphy free again. He’d already missed a chance like this from a similar move.

Sorry I missed why madds was replaced in the first place! What happened?

According to sky, Ruud said he felt pain in his groin, and interestingly Ruud also said he didnt want to carry on in case it would make it worse.

Hopefully it clears up very quickly.

Why is the goal huge when Ward is standing in it? Every single game we wheel him out it's the same, he concedes so many open goals for a reason

Weight watcher of the year is our Danny…

This feels like an endless nightmare. Just when we think it’s over, this clown keeps showing up again and again.

I’ve got a feeling he’ll be starting the next few games for us too.

And even when his contract expires, and he retires, I wouldn’t put it past the club to announce Danny Ward as our new goalkeeping coach a few years from now. Yes you heard it here first.

Shit keeper, Mads has been performing miracles in goal but you can't blame Ward for any of the goals yesterday.

He's just shit, does the basics but just doesn't make any miracle saves like Mads.

He doesn't tho.

Two seasons ago I watched him closely exactly for things like that. He can't even set a wall up properly. He doesn't know what to cover.

When mads arrived, it was marked how precise his is, squatting/leaning/squinting to get maximum angles covered. Ward sticks 4 fingers up,.left a bit, right a bit, that'll do.

Exactly.  We probably concede fewer with Mads yesterday because he s brilliant, rather than because Ward is s***e.

I mean, Danny Ward is s***e and I think he has nothing left to prove in regard to his s***eness , but that is not the reason we got battered unless it is just the psychological effect that seeing Ward in goal might have in turning the defence to jelly.

Yesterday wasn’t on Danny Ward to be honest.

He was megged from ten yards for goal no.4. That was 100% vintage Danny.

Just hope to god Mads doesn't leave in Janaury or isn't injured because with Ward in goal displaying his levels of shitness we're doomed.

Most unathletic and shitness keeper in the history of LCFC

Yep, Mads doesn't get megged, but attacker will still score past Mads because he has so much time and space to pick a spot, embarrassing defending from the whole team.

tbf think we can all agree, if we had Iversen in goal for longer in the 22/23 season we'd have had more of a chance of staying up

i honestly dont know how Ward is ahead of him,

i really cant remember the last good game he had for us

Neither Iversen or Ward are ideal first choices.

Iversen needs to be starting ahead of this pack of dogshite.

Anyone who knows anything about goalkeeper knows Iversen is better than Ward

TBF from the goals I saw the 3rd and 4th were not his fault at all and was piss poor defending

We didn't lose the game because Danny Ward went in goal at HT. The first and second goals are non league embarrassing defending.

The Newcastle player was completely on his own for the header for the 2nd and then so was the player who put it in after he headed it back.

If you want to blame any simply look at that midfield and full backs. Atrocious is being kind.

I joked at HT when I saw him coming on that we should just leave the ground. Turns out I should have just done it. Although the defending was not any better I don't think Ward installs confidence in anyone.
