So relegation form is acceptable for the men's team but not the women's. Cool 👍

Were the women's team ever in league one though?!

Didnt we also bring on a 16 year old in the last game?

I do feel for the manager as I feel she hasnt been given the tools to do the job and I also feel watching that last game we didnt look out of it, and were in control, but no quality up front so we having to try and hold on to 1-0 wins or 0-0 draws.  Very different to how we were before she got the job.

The nature of recent results must be utterly soul destroying though, reminding me of the micky adams epl season.

Yes, but I'd argue that was a tactical error, did we really need to take off Flint, Jones and O'Brien?

Not sure whether to watch today or not. I expect us to be beaten, perhaps even heavily, and that's never a good watch but I'm intrigued to see if our approach/tactics/shape/line up will be different.

Different league. We're nowhere near Arsenal. Plucky triers perhaps but the difference in quality is evident. They've just got to hang in there and treating it as a learning exercise. It's nothing more than a training drill for Arsenal.

Another goal conceded direct from a corner.

Some people clearly don’t watch us play - er like every other game!

GOAL - Leicester 0-3 Arsenal

Steph Catley (37 mins)

It's three.

Steph Catley's corner goes all the way in! How often do you see that?

A corner from the right sails right over Lovell's head. Surely a case of how many now for Arsenal.

How many players in the 6 yard box, obviously a tactic for everyone and why wouldn't you. Arsenal player is backing in to her tough on this occasion but she needs to shove her out the way.

Well, plus side, we're trying to play. Even when we play ourselves into trouble. Arsenal are just so much more talented player for player and we cannot match that. Beth Mead is having so much time to pick her pass, and she's played some beauties.

CJ has impressed me with her willingness and energy, perhaps one of our more talented players, but we're not in this. Not even close. Arsenal are not even having to work hard. I was expecting that though.

She's too small and on top of that allows herself to be bullied out of the way.

...and likely never will be. This league is so much harder to crack than the PL is for the men.

Much better second half. And much much better last 20 minutes. Started to play the game further up the pitch, put some pressure on the Arsenal players. That showed some belief. Goodwin had a really nice effort, good feet and found the space for a shot. She's got talent that one. A wiil-o-the-wisp (comparatively) but good with the ball.

Ain't over yet!

.....I do not see that, it really is doing the basics better!!!

We make too many poor decisions, look to play back if ever confronted, but you noticed how much better we were with Missy Goodwin's attitude and we up the tempo and the players started to get stuck in. Why they did not start this way I do not know. we look weak in every game, but we are not weak, we just choose to play in a way that suits the oppositions.

Let us up the tempo, get two up front as when Goodwin intercepted there was no support so her only choice was to take on a shot from a unfavorable angle.

Think people are reading too much

People? Or me?? ;)

Nah, I look for positives. Arsenal may have all but shut up shop but we still were looking to score, we hadn't decided it was game over. Which, after witnessing previous folds, was good to see.

The differences in class are for all to see (and as pointed out, with obvious cause) so what I look for are things like attitude, belief and desire. For me, for those things, we looked a better side 2nd half.
