Men's football born = age of the dinosaurs.

Women's football born = 2022

It reminds me of going to kids indoor play areas where the toddlers aimlessly throw balls at people's heads and start giggling.

This is brutal, looked in control and calm until o brien went off and then could see it coming as gradually lost control after that.

Weakness to me looks in the forward play.

Garbage. Same story week in week out. Absolutely nothing up front and then conceding late on ala Everton. In  the last 2 seasons that is 3 scored against us direct from corners. Awful.

The good news for supporters of Leicester City Women is that you have a team that is more than capable of winning the Championship.  The bad news is it’s certain they will have the opportunity to do so next season.

Let them have kolo for a few weeks for some defensive guidance!!

You would have thought they had. Finding this a bit embarrassing now. Glad when we are relegated so there is no mention of us on SKY sports.

I am not blaming the defenders, they had it well under control until we lost the midfield and it just kept pinging back at us.  Once that happens in a game its just a matter of time.

I think that’s going to cost them as Reading and Liverpool is where they will get any chance of points & losing like that will knock any minerals they did have in them right out.

Shame as a few other results went their way especially the smashing Brighton got

That is disappointing. I didn't watch, I was out watching our local women's team, but was keeping an eye on the score. I thought we had the win in the bag... then I get home and see the final score.

If I feel disappointed then I can't imagine how they feel. They'll need to pick themselves up from this. Not the result itself but the nature of it.

Crying out loud what is it with Leicester teams over recent times

Hopefully the costs of this team isn’t eating into the first team transfer budget!!

...it was previously mentioned that failing to get the Champions League berth, meant that the extra money for qualification would have had some of that fund allocated to the women's team!!!

Have they improved at all from last year?

yes the back 3 are good in general and midfield is much better but in both boxes we are lacking, need to either sign a keeper or play the young England keeper as the 2 senior ones aren't good enough and in desperate need of a striker to finish the moves they do create

Hope Powell resigning is our last chance of staying up gone. Any side managed by her will struggle.

We're genuinely a terrible side minus one or two players, zero pace, zero skill.

Yep, no idea how she's had decent level jobs for so long - must be sentiment or something.

Anyway, no idea how the team clamber out of bottom spot, they look a level below all but 1/2 teams
