I don't know what's worse, the fact that I can't wait for this game to be over or that I'm going to watch it anyway even though I know how angry I'm going to be afterwards.

I'm a somewhat rational and level headed man. Why do I put myself through something that I know makes me unreasonably angry?

Even though I say out loud we will lose, even though all logic in me accepts we will lose there is still before every game a tiny, tiny but hopeful voice in my head saying we just might do it...

Surley ndidi deserves to be dropped very soon he has bin beyond awful so far this season

Missed a lot of preseason with injury. Hes a beast on his day. Just needs to get up to speed. We are way worse without him.

Pretty good atmosphere here in the pub, very noisy but not sure letting a flare off is that wise.

This statement is quite possibly the main cause of all of my current frustration.

Same. Overall he's done a good job but it's been a downward trend for 18 months+. Football has been abysmal at times, bailed out but the sheer number of good players we have (and that's without a proper right winger!)

And that's another reason the outside perception is so wrong. I think they forget how good these players are, definitely top 4 contenders with one or 2 additions. But the main frustration is not that we only finished 8th last year, it's that we were fortunate to do so and it should have been a much better season with what the manager had as his disposal, injuries or not. The majority of us would accept a season of underachievement but it's the quality of football being played and the worrying downward spiral we're in that has us l worried.

Hes starting. And yeh at this point he probably is taking the piss a bit! Hes defo waiting to be sacked! Should just go all out and start Vestergaard alongside Amartey

Soumare is abysmal. What is happening to this club?

Update. The place is being surrounded by an over reacting Met but they are trying to stay hidden😂

I'm just gonna go against all facts and logic here and say the boys go out there fired up and pull off a shock 3-2 win.

I have no basis for this theory, I just thought I'd post it so I can be smug at full time in the 0.05% chance it comes true.

Have to say I’m expecting the worst today and part of me thinks we might not see our first league victory before the international break.  Which would put the club into further problems as fans will be calling for Rodger’s head more than what they are now and Top would have to make the big call stick to twist.

When they beat us today, it’s going hurt even more.
