I've been largely pro Rodgers (as recently as until Southampton when I questioned it) and not part of the boo brigade ordinarily, but wtf were hundreds of fans applauding for at the end?

It was as feeble a performace as I've ever witnessed. The players deserved (amd would've expected) nothing....the manager deserved only opprobrium.

Yet these cucks were all clapping?! Wtf?

You’re disappointed like the rest of us but it is simply wrong to say it was as feeble a performance as you’ve ever witnessed unless you’ve witnessed very few games.

I've seen us play worse, but through lack of quality. The poor relgation teams of times past with the likes Iwan Roberts or Ade Akinbiyi or Gary Rowett just wernt up to it.  that tonight was tepid. Timid. Weak. Frightened. It was as feeble as possible to be. Holloway level stuff  Against a poor Man U team who didn't even break sweat.

My lad wanted to leave on 80 minutes and that’s the first time he’s said that. It was utter dross even a football mad lad ranked up on haribo doesn’t wanna watch us.

Unpopular opinion alert - I honestly didn’t think we were that awful. We looked more organised than of late, admittedly against a team that barely broke sweat, and restricted them to virtually nothing. But we have zero cutting edge. Absolutely zero. We have to play someone alongside Vardy or drop him. He just isn’t cutting it.

2 shots on target at home and we had over 50 percent of the possession. That's not good enough.

They were glad it had finished.

I don’t think either team played fantastic. But Ward cost us big. Again. Would have been a draw if we had a more competent keeper

Feeble, no. It was poor going forward, but Man Utd didn’t run rampant. We had the ball and I actually thought on the whole defended well. Just don’t have and ideas/confidence going forward. We were flat yes, feeble. No.

To add Felt for Justin on that right. He was mainly left to attack and defend on his own. Didn’t do too badly in that situation. Also Thomas was decent. Just no creativity going forward.

Restricting a team when you are losing 0-1 isn’t difficult. Just like how we restricted Southampton at 0-0 when they came for a draw.  Reality is on both games our defence were only put under pressure for 20 minutes in both games.
I agree up front we look clueless and have no dynamic movement. Playing with no right winger doesn’t help. Less than 10 touches in opponents box tonight!!!!

I didn't get it either. After the groans, there was even a smattering of applause when the donkey Justin hit our only chance of the game miles over with awful technique as well. How low some people's standards have dropped.

Not everyone deserves booing when they're clearly following their managers instructions. Booing the players who are gonna be here and expected to do a job long after Rodger's has left isn't exactly going to help, especially when there's players who we could do with keeping hold of.

3 strikers played today, we couldn’t create one shot for them. From the 70th - 80th minute we barely got near their penalty area.

That was a performance I’ve seen before. In seasons where we have got relegated. A little bit of effort but not a clue on playing the game.

And miss late drama? On another day that Late Justin shot doesn’t hit row Z. With some work on the training ground and some composure it could be row V or even row U next time.

I was clapping the players and booing the manager at the same time. Looked a right knob.

I think you’re deluded if you think that performance wasn’t feeble. We’ve been coached to become fearful of everything, everytime a player picks a ball up they look sidewards and back. Its uninspiring, shocking and so on.

The only player out there today with any sense of decency was Soumare. Showed what a class act he can be.

When I clap, it is for a deserving cause. It means something. It is to show genuine appreciation for making me feel good, happy and suitably entertained.

I didn’t clap the players off tonight. I thought they were rubbish.

Maybe I'm old fashioned but I believe you should clap your team at the end win, lose or draw.

I hadn't got it in for the players as such. They didn't deserve applause tho. Sometimes however, even a favourite child needs a bollocking. You can't always give them sweets.
