Unpopular opinion alert - I honestly didn’t think we were that awful. We looked more organised than of late, admittedly against a team that barely broke sweat, and restricted them to virtually nothing. But we have zero cutting edge. Absolutely zero. We have to play someone alongside Vardy or drop him. He just isn’t cutting it.

Mate our only on target efforts were 35-40 yard free kicks. Players jogging about like they're wearing wet clothes. We were crap.

We looked short of confidence in the first half which is to be expected with our results, we gained bit more confidence in the second half but Utd did look ordinary, or never came out of 1st gear.

I totally agree about Vardy, I’d play nacho and daka with Vardy playing last 20 minutes, we need a settled confident side

This and the Chelsea game I agree, actually looked more positive (although we are comparing that against some pretty miserable recent performances).

It just shows that we've got a capable squad, but they're being tragically mismanaged.

Formation and team selection are just shocking week in well out, and his man management is awful.

I've seen him compared to an abusive spouse and I totally get it, he's telling the players they're sh*t and it looks like most of them are staying to believe it.

A toxic atmosphere is no good for anyone or anything.

However I’m disappointed how many don’t seem to be calling it out for what it is. Shithouses.

So much apathy running throughout the club.

Because I'm a SUPPORTER, the clue is in the name. I'm fully aware the quality is below standard and we're massively struggling.

You want to boo then go ahead, I'd rather support and encourage and remain united as a club personally

I've seen us play worse, but through lack of quality. The poor relgation teams of times past with the likes Iwan Roberts or Ade Akinbiyi or Gary Rowett just wernt up to it.  that tonight was tepid. Timid. Weak. Frightened. It was as feeble as possible to be. Holloway level stuff  Against a poor Man U team who didn't even break sweat.

Yes I agree we have some quality but aren’t playing as a team. Just didn’t agree it was the worst performance ever.

I stayed till the end to listen to the boos and heard about 4 people doing it. Loads clapped them off, no wonder we’re in this position.

A toxic atmosphere probably would have meant Rodgers went weeks ago rather than now as well, hence why I think we should be going mad and boo’ing the **** whenever possible.

Although I realise I am probably in the minority with this.

I've been largely pro Rodgers (as recently as until Southampton when I questioned it) and not part of the boo brigade ordinarily, but wtf were hundreds of fans applauding for at the end?

It was as feeble a performace as I've ever witnessed. The players deserved (amd would've expected) nothing....the manager deserved only opprobrium.

Yet these cucks were all clapping?! Wtf?

You obviously don’t support Leicester. They put in a shift, lost albeit to a poor United team, but I applauded them off.

If we do go down, maybe glory hunters like you will do one.

Personally I won’t boo.

But I certainly wouldn’t clap that shit show.

Did you see how many people left early also? I know it’s a late kick off and the kids are back at school but crikey. Ground was emptying from 70 mins onwards.

Years ago we used to be soooo good at giving the team or managers pelters, often undeserved but occasionally entirely necessary. MON pulled his socks up after getting dog's abuse!

We've become meek af. We're are a bunch of absolute wusses nowadays, terrified of upsetting anyone. One only had to look at the imbeciles volunteering their covid.passports last season to see how submissive and compliant the fan base is.

The booing is both unjustified and pointless.

Fans complain when a player ‘doesn’t want to play for the club’, but you can’t blame any player for feeling a bit miffed for being booed by his own fans after being edged 1-0 by Man Utd.

Yesterday and Chelsea were better performances than before.

A mistake cost us last night other than that it would have been a draw. Sounds stupid to say. Man Utd had a few chances but they weren't special and neither did they create clear cut chances.

Definitely needs to be more toxic, you'd be forgiven for thinking that everything is going brilliantly at the club based on how our fans are at the games. That being said, it wouldn't surprise me if 90% of match going fans are still pro Rodgers and think he's being let down by everyone else.

The players gave everything today, they only deserve to be booed when they arent putting the effort in. We were beaten by better quality today not by effort. Thought the booing was a disgrace tbh

Well, I think you are wrong and too idealistic.

I love some of our players to bits, but they (collectively) need a rocket. The manager needs binning, but the players need a bollocking.

Do you expect a manager to always be praising? Occasionally they need to employ a few tea cups and hairdryers. It's not personal. Well, we as a crowd need to do that too.

The players are inherently winners. I reckon they'd be perplexed and wierded out by our meek fanbase. Must think we are a complete bunch of simps

I don’t think either team played fantastic. But Ward cost us big. Again. Would have been a draw if we had a more competent keeper

United would have gone through the gears and got a goal at any time if they really had to. Once they scored they knew the game was won and they just sat back and watched us pass it around in our own half.

So you think booing a team who is clearly shot to pieces with confidence who have given 100% will help results improve do you? Youris pretty much said in his Instagram post that they need our support and should be encouraging them instead of getting on top of them everytime a pass goes astray. The manager and his piss poor tactics/substitutions are the reason we’re in the mess we are, not the teams want of trying.

He gets that wherever he plays since his near death experience.
Surely that’s one of the nicer parts of the game.

Because when we played Brenford last season, he didn't play against us, that was for last season, him recovering from his heart attack.
