It's probably something the club needs to communicate with the fans and media so we all know the plan. To not have seen Alves on the bench in both senior and development games is just bizarre.

A lack of loan offers isn't the problem.

Plenty of loan offers which have mostly disappeared due to "needing bodies" whilst them being "not experienced enough"

Please correct me but was one of Cooper’s plus points developing and giving youngsters chances??   So shipping them out is his way of doing this?

Yup, I've read Cooper wants either wants to loan them out or sell a few so he can bring his own players in...... pathetic really as he may not be here in the future.

I really don't think he's a coach like Maresca was...more like an overall manager and hasn't got him to coach youngsters

What the hell is the project at this Club??? Rudkin really has a lot to answer for if he is letting Cooper do something like you have described.  If KP Racing was run like this it would have been wound up by now.

Not sure being in a relegation dog fight, is going to develop them.

 

Chance are we will be back in the Championship, if we could get Nelson and Alves on loan to that standard, it would benefit us long term.

If I had a quid for every post or similar to this I’d be a millionaire. His development of youngsters is a myth, more chance of Jermaine Jenas appearing on loose women

Wanya Marcal needs a loan too, you'd think there would have been some interest, he got a few games spotlight last season, scored a goal vs Cardiff and played well against Bournemouth in the cup. Surely there must be someone at Championship or League 1 level who coud do with a winger like that on loan. Signed a new contract last season too, so since he seems nowhere near the first team, needs to be out and playing some games to avoid stagnation.

I thought some one on here said he was going Cardiff. He could deffo do a job in the Championship. Showed at Bournemouth hes more then good enough
