I honestly hope we lose by about 5 or 6 to force him out, I can’t put up with it anymore.

It's starting to look like that's what it will take for the board to grow a set.

I’m going to tune in at 1230 more to see how many empty seats there are … then for 30 minutes I’m going to watch Palace dismantle us …. I’m not going to watch the next 60 minutes at all… I fear an absolute battering …. Eze Zaha Eduoard and Olise are going to a field day

And it's a lunch time kick off so less time to get p*ssed so the game slightly less sh*t.

More time to drown your sorrows...

As others have pointed out, more of the usual nebulous buzzword blah blah blah from Rodgers at today’s press conference.

I guess he sees that approach as the best way of sustaining the image of know-it-all superiority that is clearly so important to him.

Whereas in reality it not only betrays his lack of self-confidence and authority under pressure but also makes him even more distant, open to criticism and unpopular.

With the fans definitely, and you would imagine the players too.

Is he too blinkered by vanity to see this, or simply past caring?

A trained psychologist’s view would be interesting…

Because like the rest of the football world they start from the total certainty of "Brendan Rodgers is a top manager", this is the "factual" starting point, like"the earth is spherical" or "night follows day".

What follows is l believe called "confirmation bias" this is the tendency to look for and only take into account things which agree with our original view and ignore, dismiss or mis-attribute anything which goes against this view.

We whose opinion is he needs to go also do this of course and l do not believe it is helpful or necessary - the results alone are enough in my view without the demonisation, mind reading and plain fantasy.

You're absolutely bang on from the mainstream media with no affiliation to our club or real interest. I still am disappointed at the likes of Radio Leicester, Leicester Mercury and our well known Leicester fans at Talksport and Daily Mail that whilst they go some way to asking some difficulties questions, they don't really probe further when his answers are absolute beggars belief.

Jason Bourne is the closest to doing it but I sense he might already have Rodgers ducking for real scrutiny.

Feels horrific to say it mate but think that’s what we need to stand a chance of staying up.

I always want our club to win but I agree with you. We need to act quickly to give the new guy a chance.

I find it hard to believe that board can't see through his bullshit & understand the urgency attached to the decision !!

I have to think that there is more to this than meets the eye !!

Yeah its disappointing, but the human factor comes into this, journalists look at their career prospects and obviously won't pin their futures on single issues such as the perceived failings of an individual, they may be lacking in courage but not in good sense!

I've come to accept that if the person with the power and ALL the relevant information deems not to take action then more than likely there are more reasons than we mere distant observers are aware of.

Speculation of such is pointless and frankly silly but endlessly entertaining none the less!

Journalists such as Bourne may have inside information which inhibits and nuances their questioning, we tear our hair out at the questions not asked but l can't honestly say l wouldn't be as reticent if my future was on the line.

Surely at this point just give one of the youth cbs a try could not be any worse than we have been. Probably a good job wilf is injured or he would have been there and given a pen away before half time.

I appreciate the sentiment, but they just lost 7-0 at home to Fulham's kids!

Iversen

Castagne Faes Soyuncu Justin

Soumare Tielemans

Perez Maddison Barnes

           Youri Soumare KDH

This will be our first match this season. Call us plastic if you like, but we currently live a fu**ing long way away and Brentford and Southampton games were when we were on holiday, Man U and Forest were school night evening games that we couldn't make, and we had tickets for the Villa match but you all know what happened next......

My boy is really excited still, even though we are shit. I still want to enjoy my day out as i have to drive 240 or so miles. Its not wrong to want something to cheer about is it!?! The boy will shout 'Brendan Nout' as much as anyway towards then end, but deep down i still hope for some Madders / Daka / Vardy / Barnes / KDH magic. These are good players still, just ruined by the poisoned leprechaun.

But seriously,  just say NO! to Ward.
