Nick Posted 10 November 2022 Share Posted 10 November 2022 Could be another Evans for us but equally could be a Bertrand. On his day when he's not injured, he's genuine quality - maybe it's a new platform he needs - wouldn't like to be the person making the decision tbh. AKCJ Posted 10 November 2022 Author Share Posted 10 November 2022 Man United fans rave about him. I never understand why, just seems very average to me.
North Leeds Fox Posted 10 November 2022 Share Posted 10 November 2022 Prefer us going after borna sosa personally. He would cost much less in wages and fee and stuttgart need to sell him. Great set piece taker too.
filbertway Posted 10 November 2022 Share Posted 10 November 2022 Just not worth the risk, good player when he's fit and up and running. We really don't need to be risking anymore money on players that may or may not be good. Especially when that player will be looking for 90/100k a week. Steve Earle Posted 10 November 2022 Share Posted 10 November 2022 The JJ news plus long term doubts over Ricardo is bound to see us looking at a FB this window, not necessarily a LB tho

As much as I’d love him to be, Thomas just isn’t good enough to be a long term starter in the prem. Cover a couple of games maybe, but he’s not ready to be a long term solution.. so I’d be surprised if we didn’t go for a LB

coolhandfox Posted 10 November 2022 Share Posted 10 November 2022 Started the last 6 league games for united, on massive money, don't see it. Needs a new contract with probably explain the links with other club.
volpeazzurro Posted 10 November 2022 Share Posted 10 November 2022 At times he looks as if he can't be arsed at Man Utd and it takes an England shirt or big game to wake him up. If he's like that at Old Trafford, what makes anyone think his attitude would be better here? Not for me thank you.

Fox seen in Norwich Posted 11 November 2022 Share Posted 11 November 2022 (edited) Hopefully just a simple misunderstanding of a conversation overheard with Rodgers and Glover G : so Bren, left backs.. who you fancy? B : a decent one Glover.. got any on your list you recommending? G : well got several but being told to tighten the budget, ya know. Do you think you could have a word with Luke (Thomas) about playing left back but better B : oh right. I’ll speak to Luke, sure 👍🏻 Edited 11 November 2022 by Fox seen in Norwich

More value in running a sweepstake on when he signs his new Man U contract.
Winchesterfox Posted 16 November 2022 Share Posted 16 November 2022 Since 2014/15 he's missed an average of 18 matches a season through injury. And that's in his twenties, the years of supposed peak fitness. Imagine what it will be when he gets older.
Popular Post ts_1010 Posted 16 November 2022 Popular Post Share Posted 16 November 2022 Are we trying to become the new Everton? Happily taking players from the big 6 because they occasionally look good? His next contract will probably be his last big one, and his wage demands will be huge. He's a big injury risk. He will also have very little resale value. If our scouts and recruitment team are actually looking at him then we should all be worried. Hopefully it's just agent's fake news.
