He’s untouchable at this point. No low will be low enough for him to take accountability and leave

Can't get why he would still be around having the hassle. You would walk wouldn't you.

The skeletons have got to be frightening. Throw in the Horse Racing too

Smithers will definitely be here until the day Top decides to leave imo.

Saying that, Top could potentially win back a lot of favour if he cut ties and got rid right now and then did a good job replacing him and employing the other top level management. Just can't see it though, its like JR is his only friend at the club.

Genuinely don’t see what it’ll take for him to go?

Can you imagine that in the King Power? Just wouldn't happen with all the KPFC fans.

"Leave him alone, we won the Premiership because of him!"

"We got free donuts and a beer - we'd be in League Two if they didn't save our small club!"

It's probably easier than you think to turn a blind eye, even for the 90 minutes he's in the comfy seats listening to chants about him. He only has to keep one man happy, then he can tune the rest out and think of his nice fat pay packet he's never getting anywhere else.

Of course it wont

What hassle?

His boss has just come out and explained very clearly in the press that he's not to blame.

Sounds like the easiest job in the world. He does the bare minimum and gets applauded for it.

I don't dispute what you're saying, but the guy has put on about 5 stone in a year.... he doesn't exactly strike me as someone who is 'coping'

Probably thinks he's one of the lads

This is another problem.

Why do players feel the need to bypass the manager?

More to the point, why do they go to Rudkin? What pull does he have, or how has he exploited his position to give off the impression that he's trustworthy to the players, or that he's in the right place to make such calls?

He's out of his depth in every way. Literally no evidence to show otherwise. Too many wrong things and a downward trajectory have happened under him.

If Top wants to credit (some of) the PL win to him, he has to realise the downfall is because of him, too. Not in spite of him.

The only way Rudkin goes is if Aiyawatt sells up. He’s not going to sell up so we’re stuck with both twats for the foreseeable. Literally the only thing we can do is make their lives as difficult as possible. Boycotting and not putting your ticket up for resale, don’t buy memberships or match tickets, don’t spend anything in the club shop or in the ground, reply to the survey emails for non attendance with truth bombs, protests outside the directors box and outside the ground, chanting inside the ground.

We need to be relentless.

He's handed careers to Luke Thomas and Hamza Choudhury for a start.

He is the guy that puts them on contracts 2,3,4,5,6,7 times their previous ones. Probably a hero to the players

Because he gives them the contracts. Unsurprisingly Coady thought Rudkin was a great guy. Tells you all you need to know.

If Coady walked in on his misses shagging the milkman, he’d call him a great guy in unfortunate circumstances.
