It was a highly entertaining game of footy folks! I'm glad I got to enjoy that and not be worrying about our troubles if we were still in the play offs. we've had enough stress for 1 season. Time to re-charge before we go again in the premier league. I will say though that Moussa guy is like our Daka. If either of them put their chances away imagine how comfortable our teams would have been in some of these games. Just poor decision making in the final seconds which is criminal if these guys want to be elite level strikers.

As a football fan what excites you about the nonsense of VAR and the constant dribble/ wankfest over the greedy money clubs that's spouted every week in the PL?

Who were the pot bellied players you mention who played in the playoffs?.. what a silly, utter ridiculous comment!!!

Ignore the up to 3 mins of var checks and concentrate on the talented football played by athletes on display tonight. I presume you didn’t watch the game, otherwise there’s no way you can come to this stereotype conclusion.

Have you watched any championship football this season?! The players within the league are pot bellied weaklings. Vestegaard was pushing players around the pitch all season and didn’t break sweat. Let that sink in

A good game even despite VAR's best efforts to make it as unenjoyable for everybody as possible.

Hopefully the automated offside system will at least be quicker and maybe more accurate .

So, it's Liverpool's turn to come 3rd in a 2-horse race.

To be fair it's been a three-horse race all since New Year...

Crystal Palace under Oliver Glasner are no joke.

Shame they'll lose some of their influential players, but we know about that.

I don't reckon Spurs will get anything tonight against Saudi City

They may scrape a draw but I don't think even that will happen

Ange can say what he wants Spurs do not want Arsenal to win the PL. And they can't catch Villa anyway IMHO. So most of them will not be arsed.

3-1 to the Saudis who will never be punished. There reign will only end when Pep goes. Simple as.

If Tottenham win tonight, they will go into the last game knowing that they might need a big win, say 8 or 9-0 to overtake Villa on goal difference (if Villa only draw away at Palace) and finish 4th. Far-fetched I know, but their last game is away at Sheffield. I already fear for our 0-9 record.

Hope Man City absolutely smash them tonight and the whole ground celebrates.

Or Spurs go 1-0 up and the Spurs fans pitch invade to get the game abandoned

if anyone wonders why people are hating Arsenal atm, just check social media, my word....pathetic isnt the word

did find it funny some of their fans setting off fireworks at a hotel thinking the City players were there for them not to be....

just hope Man City win tonight

Surely any self respecting Spurs fan wants them to lose tonight. Yeh Ange can say what he wants, and I think he said it really well, but he's been there for a year and he'll be gone in a few years. Spurs fans will be left with a generation of Arsenal fans at WHL singing for 90 mins about how Spurs won them their first league in 20 years. It's surely a no brainer, LOSE.

Champions league football is not that important.

10/1 according to Skybet.

I should have said If Spurs can win both of their games they have a fairly good chance.

Villa looked well shaky last night and Palace are on fine form, I wouldn't be shocked in the slightest if they lost away to Palace.

I guess it depends how insecure they are I guess. If they prefer other teams not having success over them doing well because they're worried about fans of the other team saying mean things, then they're very insecure

I'd rather just worry about my team and want it to do as well as possible. If we're talking the difference between 12th and 11th then fair play. The difference between Champions legaue and Europa league is night and day though.

Sorry but no chance Spurs score 10 in a game.

Not sure about security, it's football, ie a totally frivolous pursuit designed to entertain and deflect from actual life. I am not sure the hordes of city fan moaning about us being in the PL are insecure, they just want to enjoy championship football. Bragging rights is a key part of British football culture, think you're reading too much into/comparing it to real life which it is not.

Financially absolutely the CL trumps everything. But again speaking as a non-rational football fan, the trips in the conference and europa league were a lot of fun. If I had a choice of European competition, I would pick conference league. I would relish the chance to see City in Kazakhstan or Moldova or Slovakia et al.

Good chance Palace beat Villa, so should be a good game tonight with both teams needing the win.

Tottenham would rather have champions league football and Arsenal winning the league, than no Champions league imo.

Unfortunately every fan base has imbeciles, which is why I try to stay off social media as much as possible. They annoy the hell out of me.

It'd be the most Spurs thing ever to lose this game, then Arsenal still go on to win the league and Villa go and lose to Palace
