foxfanazer Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 After watching those playoff games I'm confused. Why did Arsenal just put the ball in that net thing?
UniFox21 Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Entire united back line deserves criticism for that. All 5 of them in the box and still manage to concede
Unabomber Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Why would a neutral not want Arsenal to win? Keeps it interesting 1
fox_up_north Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Arsenal winning makes the league interesting. 4 in a row just turns us into Ligue 1 or Bundesliga of 10 years ago 1
Corky Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Sad to see the club who created soccer in such a state. 1

Well there you go, you're just completely contradicted your own argument. You originally spoke as if there are only two options, possession based/playing out from the back or hoof ball, until you were challenged. Just because people don't like a certain style of football, doesn't mean the alternative is to hoof it, it isn't either/or, that's not what people want or are asking for. As you've said yourself, Look deeper; Pragmatism, a shift, adapting, that's what people want to see, especially if we do indeed find ourselves in a similar rut that Burnley found themselves in. It's nothing short of football snobbery. Edited 12 May 2024 by Matt
cruzFOX Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 It’s a bit chaotic & mildly amusing and entertaining to watch as a neutral.
Leicesterpool Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Doesn't help this game that United know getting something from this game is gifting Man City the title. Very dull so far from Man U... though other weeks would you be able to tell the difference. Couldn't bare seeing Arsenal lift the trophy, and the press suck up they'll get. Plus least Leicester can still say "we won it more recent than you" 1
EastAnglianFox Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Manchester United dominated the early Premier league years and I’m happy for Manchester City to dominate this era, the more titles for them makes little old Leicesters season stick out even more imo
weller54 Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Arsenal are so dislikeable!!.. Bellends like White and Rice especially! Prefer egg fried anyway! 1
Leicesterpool Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Actually it's still unique to think, even our year out the premier league to do a bit of championship tour... Leicester have still won the premier league and even the fa cup more recent than either of these two clubs. How did that happen 1
surrifox Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Evans prolonging his career by having a year off on full pay last season - blagger 1

Lionator Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 (edited) Our front 5 (wilf-kdh-mav-fat-var) is better than anything Utd have put out here. Honking stuff. Edited 12 May 2024 by Lionator
ozleicester Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 why do people dislike Arsenal? they seem to play good football and have generally decent players and Arteta seems reasonable... surely anyone othe than Man city is an improvement? 3

Mainly Arteta. He's fairly unlikeable with his persistence in jumping around outside his technical area constantly. Comes across as a bit too arrogant to me personally. 3
Super_horns Posted 12 May 2024 Posted 12 May 2024 Going down to the final day at least. Sky will be happy .

Press favourites and Londoners. Even though I'm not keen on the manner of City's success, bought it all... I don't begrudge them for it. Especially knocking United of the perch and keeping the title away from the scoucers as much as possible.
