Everton showing neither us nor them had any reason to celebrate “survival” last season. Both teams were in desperate need of a reset. Not just in personnel but also mentality. Glad we are the ones undertaking one currently.

I mean at what point do Everton fans start to think that relegation could be a good thing? 

 

A chance to start again, people may mock challenging for the Championship title but its still a trophy for the cabinet, build a winning mentality (when was the last time they had that?)

 

But hey, at least they've never been relegated from the top flight.....
