I did a search but didn't find what I was after - apologies if this is covered somewhere else.

Hopefully match tickets will be a bit easier to come by next season. But can anybody summarise the options for watching at home?

I know Sky show some matches. The EFL website also mentions individual clubs streaming matches. I hear about IPTV and various online options too.

What's the best plan for reliably being able to tune in and watch our matches now we're in the doldrums?

We’ll get an ifollow package I imagine. You can watch every game as far as I know for a fee. Or as you’ve referenced in your post there are other ways. But every game is streamed home and away in the football league as far as I’m aware.

Well I can watch every Bradford City match if I want to, which is a better real world example.

Only if you are within range. Not available online (or is it in the EFL?).

When we were last in the Championship the licensing agreement allowed BBC RL to broadcast online. This obviously wasn't the case with the Premier League as national broadcasters gain sole rights to radio coverage.

I have no idea whether this is still the case. Probably not as the EFL have their own subscription service.

Will BBC Radio Leicester still be bound by the same streaming rights? Or you be able to listen to the stream  outside of the region?

I think you can listen to the games online via the BBC in the ELF…. If I am not mistaken?

Read something that if you’re abroad you can stream all games on iFollow not shown on TV. And if you’re in this country you also can’t stream Saturday 1500 KO’s.

So could be worth getting a VPN if you’re UK based. Cost looked about £120 for the season..?!

But think a lot of the above depends on what the club choose to do, as clubs can also do their own thing…

The EFL are almost as bad as the PL for not allowing people who want to access their product… actually access their product. I’ll stick with illegal streams for now.

I'll be looking to do the same.  I would happily pay a fiver per match but £10 is steep. I suppose we'll have to wait and see what they come up with.

Same here, I’d pay if it was available and the  coverage was reliable.
