17m for Borges is astronomical for a player with no first team experience.

I'd actually prefer Diangana at £5m 🤣

Hope hes shit.. then they can stop demanding silly money for players with no experience.

Problem is it’s only silly money if no one’s willing to pay. Clubs have paid all there demands for younger players.

Looks like Lanzini is going to River Plate according to Fabrizio.

As has been mentioned a couple of times on here, would’ve taken him on a free

Brennan Johnson going for more than Barnes and Madders is gonna be a kick in the dick.

Ease the pain by considering any such sale will weaken forest :)

just got thumped 5-0 by Rennes as well, relegation battle shaping up nicely:

Wolves with about 3 players left in their squad
Luton being Luton
Sheffield United selling their best player and not replacing him
Forest finally running out of jam to get results at home while having signed another 492 players
Everton, they'll somehow manage to be down there again

One of the ways i comfort myself from being in the EFL is knowing that had we stayed up we'd probably be in that list.

Leicester - lost 9 players can only afford to replace 2.

and our fans went ape shit about our result last Sunday my god

Atalanta signing CDK is a good move for them, I do wonder if they'll go for Piroe either this summer or next

add to this not all the three 'Bs' Burnley, Bournemouth and Brentford will do as well as everyone is predicting. At least one of these will be dragged in, and Roy at Palace won't pull up trees this season

I think this highlights how agents can either make or break a player's career.

You'd think had he stayed with us, chances are he'd have been playing more and more minutes. Especially with the injury crisis we had.

Quite sad really

it is a shame, as I actually think he'd be in the starting 11 for us this season if he had stayed

Pep signing another heavyweight in Gvardiol. This will make them the heftiest team in the PL. The days of little men playing tippy tappy are well and truly over. In the end if skills are equal muscle wins matches.

Yeah agree with this.

Thought he was always highly thought of and looked handy in the cameos I saw. Almost scored a worldie against Brighton away on his first appearance from memory?

we was linked with him while we was in the premier league a season or 2 back and hes the type of player if we had stayed in the prem we'd a gone for too

plus its in the other team transfer news soooooooo

We were linked with a lot of people a few years ago, not sure your hissey fit was justified to be fair on a player linked about 2 seasons back.

wasnt a hissy fit, its like the one that got away as he would have been perfect for us,

i dont get why you are piping up saying its nothing to do with us,

many a Leicester fan on here wanted him, pretty sure we was linked with him last summer, plus the fact of if wed a stayed in the prem we could have got him, but the level of delusion at the top of the club does boil your piss when everyone saw relegation coming except them, so we then have to switch transfer targets

and as Big Dave said, its in the other team transfer news thread,

it isnt that hard to understand now is it, if you look beyond the end of your nose and see what our bigger picture could have been so to speak

Ridiculous price for a man who has been injured for a year or so now

If true, just shows how bad Rudkin is. One good season, 18 months ago, crocked for a year. Pretty much same price as our best players.

what has this got to do with LCFC ?

Would have been just about the perfect Maddison replacement.
