I'm a massive Harry Kane fan and think he gets too much stick for not winning a trophy, he's still a quality player and will win trophies next season. 

 

.....but I still find it funny about the way things have fallen this season, actually laughed out loud when I saw that German Super Cup fact

Lille and Brest play for 3rd/4th with third getting an automatic spot into the Champions league .

 

They have the same points and separated by 2 in GD with Lille having the advantage.

I'm not sure he's a team player. Not sure if there's any evidence for that...

Something fundamentally wrong within football, when managers such as Kompany and Maresca are being linked with elite jobs (Granted 'elite' can be used loosely regarding Chelsea in current times).

 

There seems be be this universal opinion by many people in football, clubs, fans, media etc that just because they've have links to Pep, Man City and play in that way, it'll be successful elsewhere.

 

Kompany's just got Burnley relegated (Whilst spending, it has to be said) because he'd rather play to his ideology than change or try and do something different, i'm all for people having principles but there comes a point where you need to adapt, pivot and get the best out of them out of what's available.

Sean Dyche’s highest prem finish is 7th, kompany’s is 19th and guess which one gets the Bayern gig! Very unfair.

If you want to watch a great game, with good, old fashioned ‘atmosphere’ then you should have watched the A league final.

Mariners treble winners for the first time in A league history, last minute equalisers, extra time goals and a scoring striker who went to Aus from Carlisle!

Even a major pitch invasion at the end, with zero aggro.

None of the shite we have to put up with in this country.
