Which pub have you spent the most money in?

Nowhere in Leicester or Northampton as they were too cheap when I was living there compared to London.

 

Probably somewhere in Finsbury Park. The World's End or W.B. Yeats. Rowan's perhaps.

Probably Queens Head on Brook Green in Hammersmith. I worked nearby for six years in a team that was highly sociable. 

 

Closely followed by the Stag's Head on New Cavenish Street, for different reasons.

Used to drive past it a lot, but never went in. It was closed and boarded up last time I saw it, that was some time ago, mind. It might be in new hands now.

 

Doubt it though. Gentrification hasn't quite reached Wood Green yet.

It's got to be the Footage in Manchester when I was at Uni up there, big studenty pub right opposite the main MMU campus.

Duffy's would be first by a mile. Struggling after that, I've never been one to stick to one pub, the Salmon, Benjamin Huntsman, Criterion, Rutland & Derby are in contention maybe.

Spent a very long day in there after crashing my car on my 18th up to Manchester.
