Whilst sipping an Aperol Spritz, feet in the lukewarm water of his pool, at his stunning £5m Hertfordshire mansion. I'm sure he'll cope and look back fondly lol

That just sums up what I've said though doesn't it. That's mattered more than the side of it we care about. We all know they're overpaid tossers. In return we just ask for a bit of ****ing effort.

Their fault for putting him on such a contract. If I was him, i would be seeing out my contract too.

The clubs taking the piss out of us fans, so couldn't care less about a player taking the piss out of the club.

Hes probably been banished for saying something that all of us were thinking anyway...

We can only say what we see. He didn't even come over to the fans after the Preston game. That's when i stopped trying to ways to look at it from his perspective. You can think what you want about how he's handled things, it just shown what kind of person he is doing that.

Unreal levels of delusion.

Zero delusion.

I don't expect for a second he thinks he'll get that. But he ain't moving otherwise as he's on a fortune.

Delusion is expecting him to do any different.

Will he be on the bench today considering how light we are in midfield today?

Given he’s not in any training pics/videos I doubt it, Soumare will be 1st CM cover, with Golding as utility cover.

If there is a manager change, do we think Winks will see out the season playing for us?

Or do we think his relationship with the club (not including us fans) is beyond repair?

Thoughts?

I don’t think it’s a Cifuentes and Winks issue, it’s a Leicester City and Winks problem. He won’t ever play for the club again.

As soon as Cifuentes is in the bin, I believe Winks plays for us again.

He has clearly called the balding Spaniard out and been excited for it.

He’s clearly one of the best players in the squad.

He's also probably a complete bellend - plenty of footballers are, but still deliver.

We can’t know everything that happens behind the scenes and for all we know he's genuinely done something unforgivable, but one of the fundamentals of management is getting the most out of your best players. I don’t think we’ve ever had less inspirational or less effective man‑managers than RVN or Cifuentes.

A stronger manager would have handled this situation properly, and he’d probably be playing.

Wasn't it rumoured that the squad backed the manager over this? Might not be a simple case of manager going and player returning this time.

New manager. Clean slate for everyone, deserves another chance. Must be a good player as he has 10 England caps lol:ph34r:

Two people I've met down here over the last couple of years knew him from his Hemel days and said he's a really lovely bloke. If a new manager can get him committed to the cause for the next three months it has to be good for us

Doesn't want to be here. New manger or new stand in manager doesn't change that.

He's had 6 weeks off, full pay. The fact he wasn't sent ****ing anywhere January 1 tells you enough about him and Jon Rudkin.
