A lot of good things in all 4 games so far. Still a lot of work to do but 3 league wins is a great start. I still think we need different personal/skills at Cb. Doyle and Souttar are far better options than Vestegaard but the manager sees something different. Faes, I know he has his fans but I just see him having brain farts as the season progresses. Kel did well but I’d love to see him behind a proper number 9. He has great ability to link the play.

On to Rotherham.

Great to  get the win especially when not at our best.

The build up  seemed quite slow yesterday. Possibly due to cardiff sitting deep behind the ball. Something we have to get used too.

as good as winks is in possession, it’s clear that defensively he’s really found wanting. It was a criticism at spurs.

many occasions during our opening 3 games we have been counter attacked down the middle and been fortunate not to concede.. we could actually have lost /drew all 3 games if the finishing  had been better.

We are  seeing a style though in its infancy and with 2/3 additions in key areas we will only improve..

Largely a pointless comment this, because its highly likely Coady will be playing those games. Vesty can then be used as backup for the games where the pace wont be so much of an issue, as we have seen in the 4 games we have played so far.

Say it again, he wont be the long term vision of the system, he is helping implement the system.

He's expected to be back at the end of September so point made was largely spot on

Yes, my brother Wayne will look after your sister in Ibiza, drop me a DM chief 😂😂😂

Sorry mate but you’ve got to admit that Wayne looks like an old chimpanzee. I kind of imagine he might smell like one too. Would t want to see him try and get out from a visit to Twycross.

Yet again the early leavers walked out with the game on a knife edge and missed the outstanding moment of the match. Perhaps worth it to some of those that like to get to the front of the traffic gridlock and be home for tea a bit earlier.

Always notice that cars are held back queuing to get out of the car park at the back of the East Stand. Seems the exit is closed until the walkers disperse? Perhaps that's why some leave early to get their vehicles out before the lock?

Many had no choice due to the train strike last train for passengers heading to Birmingham New Street was 17:18. After that your stuck.

I think you are right. I arrived in town on about 80 minutes at the ground and there were a sizeable amount of fans either already at the station going home or very near to it then.

A few more than usual on 17.18 heading to New Street. Usual the 17.49 is the most busy.
