Wednesday 7.45 followed by Saturday 12:45 is shite no matter how big your squad is. Especially when both games are away (granted not that far to travel but still).

Every right to moan when Sky TV are ****ing you over IMO.

True, but I'd agree with him more if we didn't have players like Souttar, Praet, Coady, Cannon, even Daka sat on the bench not getting a sniff.

We did look for the ball over the top much more than we have done in other games, I think that's what he means by too quick. Obviously we did pass it around for 5 minutes going nowhere before that.

The ball has to be passed forward faster.. it won't be, and Enzo will tell us lifelong fans if we don't like it, support someone else.. but it's clear to see.

We're giving teams too much time to get their shape sorted.

If Faes is carrying a knock I reckon it'll be

Mads

Riccy

Coady

Vesty

Justin

Winks

Kdh

Wilf

Abdul

Mavididi

Kelechi

Play how we've been playing recently and I reckon it'll be 2-0 baggies. But I'm hoping we sort out the performance and grab a win, any win

The negativity on here is embarrassing to be honest. We are different class to every team in the league and have the quality and depth in the squad to walk this league as we have shown, and continue to show, for the first third of it. There will be blips and sometimes we will lose or draw but the quality we have already shown will continue. This is a journey and we are probably well ahead of where Enzo expected us to be anyway and I fully expect the quality to continue to push onto promotion and the Chsmpionship.

...we have hit a wall, it is 10 feet high and Maresca can only find a stool to get over it!!!

It will be interesting what he will improvise to help us get to the other side.

Just stolen this form the press conference:

Wednesday performance?

“We lost today four games. We didn’t deserve to lose against Hull or Boro. For sure, we didn’t deserve to win against Sheffield Wednesday. We had chances but it wasn’t our best performance. It’s not about the changes. It’s difficult. It was not our best game. We need to improve many things. We needed more passes. Sometimes we were too quick. Abdul was shooting from his house. We need to be calm. Abdul is 19. If you ask me if we want two more points, of course, But the draw was correct.”

Errrr. surely he can't be serious.

I'd love to hear people's views on this .

But if he tries to implement this thought next game .god help us.. sorry, any slower and we'll stop, any more passes and we'll never get out of our half and the ball up to our forward players to go and do some damage.

I know it's how we play now, but I truly hate possession based football   it's suffocating our players, it's tedious, as for a slowly growing number it's killing the enjoyment of watching us play.

More passes in the final 3rd? Absolutely IMO.

But we need to be quicker in possession from the defence and the midfield.

When we get a team pinned in we look bloody fabulous. But we don't get into those positions often enough.

...I would have thought that is the last place you would be looking to be making more passes!!!

Quick and incisive is the key, we pass it around too much in the last third, the defence is back in place and the ball will eventually go back to our goalkeeper from the edge of the opponent's box.

Abdul shooting from his house😂😂😂

Chuckled when I heard it, and everytime he does it I can imagine Enzo absolutely fuming.

He's got potential, Fatawu, but he definitley needs the mental side of the game nuturing, his decision making is abysmal at times. Hopefully EM has been onto him and it starts sinking in!

Passing it fast is not the answer to anything, passing it at the right time to the right person or place is what’s required not speed.

He's right. We tried to force it too much and lost the ball as a result. Sometimes you have to go back to go forwards.

I can't remember the last time a player played that was being assessed before the game. That to me suggests we're trying to learn from past mistakes on players carrying injuries.

He's a loss if he doesn't play, but Coady or Souttar have to step up. I want to see the big man taking bodies.

I've been thinking of a way of wording this for a while and I know what the responses will be from the advocates of possession football, but what ever happened to players running with the ball, showing some flair, e.t.c, instead you've gotta pass the ball for passing sake.

Prime example, Jack Grealish, he's been ruined. It's been coached out of him. Exciting, attacking, flair players may aswell retire and give it up, we're at a point where there is so much supposed skill in the game but they're arguably not allowed to show it.

So, I apologise i'm not saying this as elegantly as I mean and think it'll get misunderstood but I've seen such response to why teams pass and the reasoning is apparently because the idea is to preserve energy, not get so tired out, make the ball do the work. This may well be in a simplistic view but in essence are they saying in this day and age where players are fitter than ever, players a few years ago, even dating back to the decades ago were fitter, better and had more ability to take a player on?

Again, I wouldn't expect this all the time, but neither do I passing for passing sake and if that doesn't work, 'do it better'.

I'd like to see Souttar start with Vesty, make us dominate in the air in both boxes, plus his confidence should be up from the international break.

I'm struggling with Coady.. was excited to see us sign him.. but I just haven't seen him show anything yet, albeit he has had little opportunities so far.

Would like to see praet and cannon get a bit of game time.

He’s definitely correct about Fatawu “shooting from his house” lol

Yea I agree.

I think you have to make an exception for players with a bit of flare, especially wingers. Should be told, as long as your full backs in position behind you and you have space to run in to, do it every time

I love football and Leicester, like we all do here, but man, it's flipping boring to watch now 😴

Wouldn't mind seeing praet at least make the bench.. drop casadei for him .. give him a kick up the backside

...are you saying not getting game time and sitting on the bench has not been enough incentive for him to perform!!!
