Live Monaco, even though it’s not the best circuit for racing.
 

I’ve walked it a few times…next tick box is to watch it from the comfort of a nice yacht!

Saturday is always the highlight and was a great session yesterday. Start can often be absolute carnage as well. I’ll watch an hour then on to the play off final unless it’s somehow exciting at that point. Leapordstown got the Irish 1000 guineas as well, good afternoon of sport.

Magnussen a very lucky boy not to be banned.

Watched the hour highlights on sky and they didn't even show the Gasly / Ocon incident.

It's Perez though. I'm certain if the positions were switched he'd have done the same.

In a way I feel sorry for Magnussen who's a good driver and he's had some poor luck so far this season. But he does seem to be far too affected by his misfortune and gets increasingly desperate and reckless with every race.

 

Why you'd risk shunting your car in Monaco in the first lap when you have no chance of making the points anyway, is really the big question here.

 

All his 'team work' of stepping over the line in Emilio Romagna and Jeddah to help Hulk is easily undone by wrecking both cars in one swoop with nothing to gain.

Ocon to leave Alpine at end of the season. 

 

Perez signs two years contract with Red Bull.
