I've penned a new chant for him - to the tune of Pitbull's Don't Stop The Party:

Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah,

He's our fookin centre mid,

Bouby Soumaaa-re

Imagine this in an away concourse p*ssed up.

Would be class

I am not sure.  Just seems to whip out the emoji without offering any counter argument.

Still think there’s even more for him to give if he truly believes in himself.

He has the ability to be an absolute beast in midfield. He's getting more comfortable with the Ball and his place in the team.

When Wilf comes back we should be so much stronger.

Does Ndidi take his place in the team when he returns?

Ndidi and Soumare. Winks did ok in the Championship but is average at this level and has a poor attitude.

Still worry about him off the ball and midfielders running beyond him, showing some ability to get back now which is a start.

on the ball seems to be full of confidence, can’t shoot so keep looking for the pass like when should have played Kristienson in today.

getting better every game on the whole though!

Poor attitude? Not even close to fair.

The Enzo I love you stuff in Copenhagen…

That was the other players taking the piss out of him. Winks has played a lot of games for us and i don't think he has a bad attitude.

However, i do think he loses his place for Ndidi and Soumare. But Ndidi can't play 90 mins each game without getting injured, so Winks will still play an important part for us.

His contract is up in the summer isn’t it? FFS

No

Interesting to see what we do with his contract, with 18 months left.

Regardless what happens i think we should sell in the summer. Even if we stay up i think that is what he would want. His stock has improved and i think we can likely get some decent money for him. I don't think he is a long term solution for us.

Cant believe some want to sell him one of our best players. If we stay up extend him and build team around him

Build the team around BEK. Soumare's head will drop again at some point, especially if we change managers. I don't trust him to be a long term solution.

If we stay up I'd probably offer him a new deal, he's developing nicely.

I think we have other areas that need more investment Fullbacks, Centrebacks and Wingers.

I think I'd we get him and Ndidi in tandem we have a powerful combo.

He was one of the better players under smith, had a good season at Sevilla and has clearly developed his game and you can tell he is now suited to English football.

He’s only 25, well worth at least a new contract if we don’t get a suitable offer.

I think if we stay up he will be the perfect case of have we learnt any lessons.

He’s much improved and one of our better players but he’s on a silly wage. We have to offer him an extension on lower wages and if he rejects which he likely will. Sell him whilst his stock is high. If he accepts, great and we build with him but we simply have to be more sensible moving forward or else we will find ourselves in the same position.

He’s been much, much better but not 80k a week better.
