It used to be the goal music until Vichai’s death then for obvious reasons it got scrapped given the connection. 
 

Today was the first time I’ve heard it at a LCFC event since that day

Was a bit of a strange atmosphere where I stood. I think everyone was a bit tired by the time the bus came, and everything that’s been said about the DJ I agree with. It was still nice to celebrate with the lads though, it’s been a mentally very tough season.

Yeah agreed. It's appropriate that it was binned off at the time but it's an iconic song from a local band, think it's slightly reaching for an issue to say it shouldn't be played.

They've also just sanctioned a 3rd kit for next season that literally makes the players appear as if they are on-fire.

I've got some thoughts on today and the last week. I'll try and collect them. But - to point at a theme...

 

This was the end of something special. It's the start of something else and I don't whether or not that's something I'll love. But it's definitely the end of something today.

I think it is pretty obvious where you are going with this, and I've got no issue with that. Everyone should say what they feel. 

I would just add, try not to forget that the 'something special' you describe, actually came about because of King Power - The Premier League miracle win, Champions League, the FA Cup win, the 2 Championship promotions, Seagrave and a number of fantastic players joining over those years - All done under King Power and their financial backing.

 

You only have to look at so many other clubs, the vast majority actually, to see how fortunate we have been with KP. 

Yes, they have made mistakes along the way and last season being the most costly by far, but we bounced straight back where many others have failed. 

I am probably going to agree with you on some things, and do want Top to get rid of Rudkin and bring in someone to not only take over his role, but also be competent enough that Top himself can take a slight step back too, and allow the club to have a reset in the way it is run. 

 

So yes, have and enjoy your upcoming rant at King Power, but please do so with recognition that they have also greatly contributed to our greatest ever achievements. The parade and celebration stuff in general has been a bit of a shambles, but lets not get too carried away and announce the death of the club over it. 

 

EDIT: You may not even be heading that way, so this post might not even be for you. I just think there is a mood in here tonight that is a bit OTT and it feels so strange that after everything we have achieved, there is so much negativity towards the club. They get things wrong, but the things they have gotten right have given me days and moments I never ever thought I would have being a Leicester fan.

It seems that the whole world and his dog has had their say on this weekends events ranging from terrible to fantastic. Im not going to repeat what has been posted, just that I fall somewhere in the middle. The KP stadium resembled the exodus from Egypt on Saturday. But I do have to talk about Vardy. Yes he is the GOAT. We all love him. We are fortunate to have had such a player stay  at our club for so long. But yesterday his behaviour was not acceptable of someone of such high standing and regard. Swearing at a young man who was doing his job was disgraceful. The guy with the camera deserves an apology and whose memory of the day is being verbally abused by our greatest player. Some of you find that funny. I do not. Being a GOAT also involves how you treat people off the pitch as well as playing on it. My second point is that he actively encouraged his young daughter to say **** off to a large audience.  Can you imagine Rowley, Chandler, Black and Lineker doing that?. You may be class on the pitch Jamie but yesterday you were full on Chav off it. 

 

I will sign off on a positive though, Well done lads for bringing home yet another trophy. It was a hard slog but you came out on top. Another great memory to add to my aging brain to enjoy, store and then retrieve in future years when I am old and dirty.
