I know they're still in the tie at 2-0 but will Arsenal ever win anything with Havertz and Jesus as their strikers? And Partey as a midfielder?

Also very ironic Arteta is looking at his watch for time wasting because his team are notoriously the worst for it in the league...

They need a Isak at Sociedad type purchase. If a current Isak was to ever get sold it will be a level above Arsenal

Gyokeres or Sesko if they can't afford him.

Isak is the player Arsenal desperately need.

I also like Lewis hall. He's a good full back.

Hall and Livramento both remind me of pre-injuries James Justin. Both capable of attacking and defending against two at a time.

Everything that our fullbacks aren't.

Pity Bruno wasn't available tonight

Could have had Declan Rice,  Bruno Guimarice and even Ben White rice playing at the same time.

Although their tackling sometimes gets them in hot water.

With Darren Ambrosia and uncle Ben off the bench.

I'll get my coat

Just needed Muller up top too...

Howe will throw it away 2nd leg, he's too cautious. He'll have them camped on the edge of their box and let Arsenal attack them for 90 mins.

Assuming Arsenal are actually bothered about reaching the final.

Arteta blaming the ball for the defeat. 😂

I think he’s the most overrated manager in the premiership. Yes arsenal have improved since he’s been there but 1 FA cup in 6 years is poor.

I wouldn't say he is overrated, as he has turned Arsenal into one of the best teams in the league again while getting rid of deadwood, but he needs to win a trophy again and needed to win the league last season. Already looks like this season Liverpool will win the league this season so he needs to go for the Champions League.

We peaked last season.  The most recent signings made by Areteta including the loan deal for busted flush Sterling were not what we needed.  Everyone apart from Areteta could see that we lacked a striker.  Jesus and Havertz are just poor imitations of one.  The ‘tricky ball’ quote is just pathetic and embarrassing.   We will win nothing further with him in charge, of that I am certain.

As a neutral I liked Aubameuyang, I know he wasn't a centre forward but he scored more goals in a season than Jesus and Havertz will.

Looks really bad for Bentancur? Landed very awkwardly.

Blokes had no luck injury wise. Was very innocuous

How much stoppage time for this?..

Have just turned the game on, but doubt they'll show a replay of it.

Twitter replay looks like he's half out of it before going to head the ball.

Looks like he landed on his neck with his arm twisted underneath. Wouldn't be surprised if it's a bad neck injury (my early sofa-based diagnoses lol
