I agree but its not going to happen in this tournament, time to tinker was the friendlies and group stages. If England win it will be seen as the best formula by Southgate and he'll continue regardless of performance.

I assume you're referring to the fact Gelsenkirchen itself is a dump because the stadium is massive and pretty incredible.
