Two years ago fans called for Rodgers to go against Palace and the response from the chairman was to shake his head. Banners were put up and nothing happened. Every interview since seemed to suggest the club was perplexed we were in a relegation battle.

If those in charge cannot see things are wrong, there is nothing we can do.

Ah. Guess we just accept thats that then.

His record at PSV is perhaps a better barometer, and it's pretty decent.

Exactly , won two trophies so on the whole it wouldn’t be a bad gamble imo, certainly better than Copper!

It took Top about 8 months to act on Rodgers well after we knew he was a busted flush.

Let's see what our chairman has learned ....

absolutely SFA...he's not interested

His entire career is built around taking an expensively assembled Forest side on a run in the Championship, bottling automatic and shithousing the playoffs, followed by staying up in the Prem through blind luck after stinking out the Premier League for 90% of the season.

He was also honking at Swansea.

Was he really honking at Swansea?

Did we keep the receipts for our signings?

The majority of the players are okay-ish for PL. It's down to management and tactics.Unless you think Ipswich is a top quality PL team that can go away to Spurs and batter them.

I agree, we have enough quality to stay up and compete.  I don't think Cooper knows how to get the best out of the team.

Kieran McKenna is a very good Coach/Manager who knows how to set up a team

I don't subscribe to much of the personal vitriol directed at Cooper on here from the start and I don't think our squad is anywhere near the quality some think. But I think it's clear now this is not going to work out for a multitude of reasons. So if someone better can come in, now is the time.

Pretty much all of our woes come down to the system we play. Here's Garnacho's goal. Look at where JJ is compared to Garnacho. He doesn't know if he's coming or going. IMO it's not even about positioning, because I think playing this way means even the best team will get caught out of positoon.

Here's their second goal. He and Facundo are out of position so Mazraoui has time to pick a cross. Ndidi not covering himself in glory either by not picking up Bruno.

^ Here was his reaction to be taken off. I feel sorry for him, I don't think he wants to play this role because it's an impossible task. Every team in the league knows what side to attack Leicester, and it works every single game.

you must pull your hair out doing these tactical overviews of Coopers tactics

It's really shocking how some fans have the basic football intelligence to spot these things but someone who is earning millions makes the same mistakes over and over again.

I'm seriously now questioning if Cooper has a football manager diploma, which level is it and if he has one it should be published now so we can check it.

Maybe we’re only paying him fifty quid a week ?

fwiw, I’d be shocked if we sacked a coach when we’re 15th.  Just isn’t us
