In the old days, you just settle in for a routine defeat.  1980s, I remember the David Pleat era, we'd concede on 20 mins and 60 mins and apply absolutely zero momentum swing, late pressure or force the opposition to hang on.

 

Nowadays, no PL team can dominate or control for 90 mins. It's impossible
