Agree with your top 5.  Also agree it’s impossible for us to come above the top 4 you mention.  We’re just enjoying seeing a more competitive side than we’ve had for ages, and we’d be delighted if we could finish in the top half.

Hopefully we can get another couple of wins quickly to make relegation very unlikely, then let’s see where we get to.

I think Forest will get UECL as I suspect that Villa might nick sixth. It's a decent competition once you navigate the utter pap in the early rounds.

You still have to be good enough to accept those gifts when they come along. They did. We had the gift of an out of form, below par Man City at our place today and we flubbed it.

Nah, I don’t accept that. Man City haven’t lost to anyone around us bar United. They’ve lost to teams who have the ability to hurt them, and obviously we don’t at the moment. They’re still a good side with a lot of quality, and they would beat anyone around us (Everton for a draw obviously), but it isn’t a Gimmie just because they’re having some difficulties. It’s given me some hope today.

You’ll finish in a European places comfortably I think, you’re consistent, and you’re a solid team back to front, if you add a quality striker in the window you’re even more of a shoe in. As Wollongong as you turn wolves over I’ll be able to live with it…… 😂

I'd imagine half the crowd won't be there for the 2nd half.

In any other sport the fans would have emptied half the stadium in HT. It won't happen though because according to some of our fans here they need to leave between 80-85min to avoid the traffic. I'm certain West Ham are the same.

To stay up we need 11 positive results from 20 games. Thats to get us to 35 points (5 wins 6 draws). Thats more positive results than losses. The alternative is 7 wins which is probably harder. It’s now not just about us doing something unthinkable, we absolutely need one of the 3 more established teams above us to collapse. Step forward West Ham!

Definitely think there is potential for them to. Their defence is very poor, negative vibes around about the manager, Bowen now going off injured.....

Why does Arnold not get booked for that?

It’s Liverpool.

I imagine if it was unlimited big clubs could hoard even more players and guarantee them a Premier League loan if they sign

Yeah I think Chelsea have proven their ability to hoard players. I wonder whether we need to find some other way to balance it, only 2 loans is too restrictive, 5 would be a good position, then you'd maybe have to either cap the number of youth players a team can sign to stop them scooping up half the market. It just feels like 2 is too restrictive to me, we could have given a massive opportunity to multiple young players in the big 6 academy's this season, so could Ipswich/Wolves/Southampton, in the end none of us will.

Forest already safe and will definitely finish top 8. I think the issue they need to be concerned with is if they make Europe,  they don't have depth to handle that and maintain their league position. That can be a slippery slope and drag you down the table.

As for us, it's looking grim if we don't pick up a few wins soon. We have some winnable games coming up and need to.make some noise to keep us in the box for safety.  Palace, everton and fulham as absolute must wins or 7 out of 9 points at least.

He's an utter bellend.

I don't really get how you try to taunt when you're total dogshit.

He's desperate to be Vardy, but hasn't even 1% of the talent.
