I don't think Carsley gets the job permanently if I'm honest, but this performance shows what happens if we play with a bit of ambition and nous.

 

I'm excited to see what can be achieved when the permanent appointment is made and some more of the great young players we have like Gittens, Gray etc are brought into the team.

Pretty good I’d say. A lot of things we didn’t have in the Euros, and some positive signs Carsley can take his excellent approach from the U21s to the senior team.
