Oh believe me, we can indeed get worse. 😂

The difference between Edouard and those other players you mention is that RvN has very few options in defence. Justin has only been playing because Ricardo is injured and until this week RvN didn’t have another RB to choose from. Now Coulibaly has arrived, I expect Justin to make way. Edouard was only recruited because Daka was injured and we needed a back-up striker. In the event it didn’t take Cooper to realise that he’s absolutely honking and shouldn’t be anywhere near the first team - a judgment that RvN clearly concurs with. Now that Daka is fit again, as poor as he is, Edouard’s position in the squad is completely redundant.

But again, RvN shouldn’t have waited until January to sign a right back, who he claims has been brought in as cover, to realise that the players we have can’t play in his preferred system and he needs to switch it up. We’ve literally chucked games away due to this. I’ll be shocked if he drops Justin for Coulibaly.

Poor guy, he just needs a run in the team.

The team being Crystal Palace.

Our luck, would go back to palace and score 15 goals in the remaining games lol

Spotted him piling up to the KP around 45 mins before kick off for the Palace game, players already out on the pitch warming up. Doesn't strike me as someone who's particularly integrated himself in to the squad.

Was driving a 24 plate Urus though, must nice work if you can get it.

I think I can comment for all of us in stating total and utter relief that we’ve somehow in this transfer window kept hold of our Lord and Saviour, ladies and gentlemen I give you ‘King’ Odsonne Edouard.

The odd bit of bad business can be forgiven, as frustrating as it is. But for us to be stuck with a loan player with zero use who we can't even send back when we need to be making the most of the loan market is criminal.

He's probably on the best part of £50k a week net. So driving round in a Urus is like the average Joe driving round in a clapped out toyota yaris - in terms of income to expenditure ratio.

What are super wealthy blokes in their 20s going to spend their money on, not sure why people get so triggered by a fancy car!

Blame the club for this signing, he clearly isnt what we need or good enough - as I said on another thread, he was just a pawn in all this during the summer and probably had no say whatsoever. Bad signing, and in terms of value for money one of the worst. Doesn't mean he's personally a cvnt though

Glasner pretty much said he's not interested in having him back.

Literally thrown away millions, to not even make the bench and be on £90k a week is obscene.

Do we know for a fact he's on 90k a week? Considering Palace are never in danger of breaching  PSR seems  hard to believe that they are paying 90k a week to a squad player who they signed from Scotish football

worse signing we've made in a long long time

just shows how bad the club is run imo

🤣 and to think we tried to sign him before (I think) he chose Palace and yet we still didn’t learn and went back in for him again.

Couldnt make it up!
Complete incompetence

this has him as our second highest paid player. I seriously think he may be the worst signing we've ever made.

That CANT be right!

mads on £10k a week and the likes of  that lump, Ward Daka etc on LOADS more!!!

I wouldn't be able to look them in the face without wanting to inflict damage knowing that
