The Premier League are ****ing laughable, they’ve essentially said in their statement. 
 

“Yeah we know that is not how the rules are written but that’s how they should be interpreted and implemented”

 

It reeks of the “independent panel” being influenced by the Premier League/EFL in making their decision, the whole thing ****ing stinks (including ourselves btw) but hey if you can get cleared on a technicality it’s the fault of those writing the financial rules for not making them legally binding.

Not according to the PL/EFL but they will be checking the wording of the rules very closely now! 
 

remember that we forced the -10 points rule change when we went into admin.  Trail blazers !!!

Makes you wonder if they did it on purpose - it certainly felt like it at the time. None of us, or most of the footballing world for that matter, could understand how such a talented group of players managed to play so poorly over the course of the season.
