It’s incomprehensible that we can be deducted points for PSR breaches when we should have had up to £10M from Liverpool for Nyoni ,who has actually played for their first team ,to offset against it

Not only that but he’s also got a League Cup winners medal AND spent a few games on the bench this season, which if you ask Chilwell means he’s definitely won the Premier League too.

Obviously I don’t want to sound negative or judgmental of a kid but….

Is Monga actually good or is he just good for a 15 year old?

Not looking out of place in the first team at 15, answers the question really. The potential if we keep developing him well will be ridiculous

He’s keeping pace with premier league/top end championship standard footballers at 15. Says it all really.

They honestly should be banned. I’m 90% sure it’s the same bloke making multiple accounts every year.

If we start banning people for chatting shit this forum becomes empty very quickly

Well I think the inference was that they’d not accepted Steve Cooper and they couldn’t afford for them to strike the same attitude to Ruud. That doesn’t sound so incredible especially if it was true that PSR finances don’t allow for a three manager season and we have been here before when they didnt have the money to sack Brendan. No football club should be in a position where it doesn’t have the money to change managers but it is part of our ongoing dysfunctionality.

no need to be so aggressive - just trying to offer a plausible explanation for baffling events…

Aggressive? I was just questioning what you said as it sounds bonkers. No aggression intended in the slightest.

Whichever way it was inferred makes no sense.
scenario one (what I though you meant) is that Top was considering sacking him same month as appointment.
scenario two is what you’ve now said but I doubt the owner would go the players as soon as the manager is appointed to say “guys you’d better make this work, can’t afford to sack this one”

Surely you can see why that would sound ludicrous without there being any aggression involved

Please Leicester city can we not have any more bad news from now on? Please keep Monga, mavadidi, fatawu, bilal etc. otherwise the excitement is gone. Build a strong and experienced team around the creative youngsters. We could have another miracle seasons if we really want it.

at the board level no more screw ups. Top needs to clean house and if investment is needed bring in a worthy partner or partners and make it work. Figure it out. Fans have suffered enough and it’s not funny anymore.

A Man City rep was at Seagrave this morning apparently.

Offer them a free beer and a donut and tell them to do one

If you were Monga, his parents and advisors what would you be doing? Firmly taking off blue tinted specs here.

It really depends on how much faith I’ve got in my own ability. If he’s as good as he looks, he plays for us next season and developed quicker while being able to get a move to a top team in a year or two.

Going to Man City now probably means he doesn’t get close to a Prem first team for another 3/4 years.

Depends what I’m being offered

Assuming there's 25 other clubs that can easily compete with us financially - I suspect the money elsewhere would be the same or much better
