Not sure why they have gone for Villa West Ham but other than that its OK.

Rather have had  Leeds Harrogate or Newcastle Bromley in their slot.

I think both of those ties would be on if Leeds and Newcastle were away.

Assume Fulham being Thursday is due to London policing :dunno:

6pm Saturday games that are not even on TV :dunno:

They are on overseas broadcast...

Yes I know - who exactly is going to watch such games?

All the teams people will want to see are on the BBC/ITV.

Just no need for a Thursday slot. Good on Posh for ranting and talking about the transport issues for the next time some pointless "green and sustainable" initiative comes around.

Unless the ultimate aim is to not want people to attend football, of course.

VAR to come in from the 5th round now .

They will be hoping it’s mainly PL clubs left in  I guess .

What happens if a non premier league team gets a home tie in the 5th round  ?

Tamworth’s ticket pricing is erm… interesting. £42 for the stand and £38 for terrace. Mind blowing.

£29 for an Under 10 to sit in the stand.

Quick it's or chance to rip off the fans...

Why not? They’ll sell it out regardless and it’s a chance for them to make a big buck. This is the way the world works unfortunately, especially given there’s zero chance of them getting a replay.

im not justifying it and vehemently disagree. Its just that I can see why they’re doing it

Yes true .

I mean obviously they will take some advantage of the big game as anyone else would but £30 for kids even ?!

So many different kick-off times for this 3rd round. Can't all be down to TV coverage globally, can it?!

Yes some are but not all .

Bit sad we will probably be out along with 2 other clubs before the traditional FA cup weekend starts

Really unfair on travelling fans. Imagine being a Peterborough fan and wanting to visit Goodison Park then it's moved to a Thursday.

As @Super_horns says, it's sad his club, plus another four, could all be out before the 3rd round weekend even starts.

3rd round weekend is so great but they should all be played Saturday.

Also it's a good chance for younger fans to go to a game at e.g. Craven Cottage or Goodison for the first time. I remember last year there were a lot of what seemed like first timers at the Birmingham tie, which is great to see. I have a friend who wanted to take his niece to Everton for the first time but can't do so now. Without getting too cheesy the FA Cup has long been the people's competition more than the PL, but that's starting to fade away too.

Yep but loyal tamworth fans expected to be an extra £20.
