Celebs who tried singing, good or bad?

So many non music celebs try singing.   Sports stars, Soap stars, Comedians, Politicians, Models, Actors etc.   Do you think any of them could have had a career in music?  Do you think any of them should not have bothered?

 

I can think of  Paul Gascoigne.  Ian Wright,  Naomi Campbell,  Kate Winslet , Vic Reeves, Sid Owen,  Denise Welch,  Alexander Armstrong and Bradley Walsh and who could forget Hoddle and Waddle !

On 'World in motion'  I'd say he was the most 'laid back' rapper, gets through the song with a happy smile and gentle shoulder swing - probably too soft to take rapping up professionally ?

Does Yoko Ono count? Abnoxiously tried to screech over John Lennon and Chuck Berry's duet. Berry's reaction. lol

 

The sound engineer cut the microphone feed thankfully.

I don't know why I laughed at this, my reaction when I saw it for the first time was much the same as when I show it to other people - jaw drops to the floor and the next couple of hours is spent occasionally shouting "Babeh BayBEH"!!!! to nobody in particular

It was a bit of a running joke on shooting stars after it was played on one of the episodes.  Starts at 9m 48sec.

I remember that well. There's a risk this is a false memory but I'm pretty sure I saw the actual original broadcast when it went out at the time. 

 

I've just checked and it was in 1996, a year when I did enjoy a period of what can only be described as unemployment, so that would fit
