DofF at unnamed club: It says here Mr Van Nistelrooy that during your last employment you took an already substandard Leicester City side and somehow conspired to make it perhaps the shittest one in living memory.

Want to talk us through that?

RVN: (shrugs, smiles) Hey man that's football

Clueless, absolutely clueless.

Fair enough start with the same team after a win last week, but then to make no changes at HT after a terrible half was criminal. Then on top of that, to leave Ayew on for the full game and BDR for 75 mins was unreal, given how ineffective they were. Plus, he's completely ruined Facundo, who was our best outfield player before he came.

It's some effort to allow that Everton team 7 'big chances' from open play.

Every week playing the same donkeys that make the same mistakes. I’m done with him now.

Useless defenders that pass the ball around slowly and unable to run, JJ who is too scared to pass forwards and always seems to be in the wrong position.  Dad’s Army FC attackers jogging, pointing and giving the ball away at the few opportunities they get.  Soumare getting paid to have an afternoon jog and watch the game from the pitch.

I feel sorry for Bilal having to play with this dross.

do we actually know if hes gonna walk or not?

Who cares? It doesn’t matter who’s the manager. The players are shit and the club is ****ing broken.

But it's not though. A good manager would know that Vards, BdcR are essentially playing with nine men. Regardless of last week.

Mavididi, Daka and Okoli were all improvements on his grotesque starting xi

One of our best players on the bench every week (with the majority of our meek, beta fans agreeing with)

Agree. Our squad is sh1t but he's not helping himself with his selections and substitutions. We need to get more pace and physicality in the team. Plus get Facundo back in.

I didn't watch it but @StriderHiryu said he played a high line which is ridiculous. He'd been playing a mid-block to cover for the centre halves lack of pace.

After the Bilal sub and Ward fiasco, his decision making has to be seriously questioned.

Prior to joining, reports suggested he'd adapt the tactics to fit the players.

But it doesn't look like he is, which is very concerning. Maybe he's making a point in desperation to get more signings in?

Even if he does tonight - who comes ?

Say it’s Dyche - how ? These players have been training to play one way and in Feb you switch them to completely Alien style, they don’t have the brain capacity for it. Are we really saying Dyche leads us in the championship ?

He is a caretaker manager. RVN. Anything we get is going to be even worse. And it’s bad now but we still have a few more flights to fall.

While that little bastard Top is here, we will keep falling

Just basic organisation would be a start.

I said this in the match thread. Yes they’re not good enough defenders, but even a non-league time at a Prem side would have better organised at the back than we were.

If he gets the sack... anyone know how much we have to pay him off

We don't even need to sack him so he gets a pay off in one go

Just stick him on gardening leave

It doesn’t matter who the manager is if you’re dealing with the board & this god awful set of players. But he really is poor. I’ve said it a thousand times but he’s only here because of those 2 games against Utd.

Even the commentators called it a high line. Stop defending him. Doesn’t deserve much praise either frankly.

I know he's been poorly recently, however I'd love to see one man come back in and galvanise the club. Get the fans back on side, and get us running for 90 minutes.

I know what you mean but I do think most managers would have started the same team. His reaction to what happened in the first half is deeply troubling, though.

Keep an eye out later/in the morning.

It was expected we'd lost against Spurs and he'd be gone.

Turgid atmosphere at the training ground, manager screaming at the players regularly losing the plot, loaning out young assets who were hungry to try to break the first team...

Mutual Consent = There will be some agreement on compensation, not the full package.

Decision by Top probably made at Half-time.
