Think he would be a great shout for new manager. Gerrimin!

Ruud has to go. He isn't up for the job now  nor next season in the championship.

It just isn't  a good fit for either party.

He was never good enough. People used excuse after excuse for him. Should never have got the job but that’s not his fault.

Keeps playing the same players with the same formation week in week out even though it doesn’t work and we keep getting rolled over. Thick as a Boxing Day dump

People rightly point to the squad he’s inherited, but this isn’t a team of plucky wannabes. There’s plenty of Prem and international experience in there. Ruud has managed to turn the whole into less than the sum of its parts. Sorry but he’s shockingly bad.

By christ there isn't.

This is a squad of gash.

Absolute gash.

Think he’s been given a poor hand however he’s also seems that he’s way out of his depth.

seems a good bloke, but needs to go.

I don’t think anyone will keep us up.

Something something patterns of play,

Something something philosophy,

Something something 'identity'

Something something playing better

All b**locks, if he lasts the season statistically he will almost certainly be our worst ever manager. It won't matter a jot but he deserves to be sacked now. Dealt a bad hand yes but he's undeniably a far far worse manager than even Cooper who although he may well have taken us down wouldn't have done so in such a spectacular fashion.

It's an overused phrase and people use it on here all the time after 2 or 3 defeats in a row but for the first time I think it's valid, I don't see where the next win comes from. Genuinely don't see us breaching the 20 point barrier at this stage.

slight aftertime but hopefully when it comes to choosing the next manager we don't have certain members of this forum waxing lyrical that the manager is going to be amazing and his CV is up there with the best around etc etc etc like we had with Ruud.

Similarly I hope we don't just go with the bloke whose beaten us in whatever the previous match is at the time

He’ll leave with the all-time record for most distance between him and a Leicester away end or vocal section. Strides on, shakes the ref’s hand and does one. No appreciation for the fans at all even though he talks a good game in the press conferences.

The same people who were lauding him here, they are the ones who are calling for his head now. Mob...

He was then and is now a piss-poor manager. I thought we couldn't fall lower than the Wolves match. I was wrong.

He doesn’t have the tools in terms of players and staff, although he also doesn’t appear to have a clue. An elite striker who doesn’t know how to coach his team into scoring. At all. He picks the wrong team every game and persists with utter dog shit. He’s not a Manager at all, and before long he won’t be a Manager. Probably ever again. He seems like a nice chap though and dresses well

Throwing his players under the bus, we know has this ends. Lost the dressing room by the sounds of things or on the way to it. Surprised if he's still manager for West Ham, but you never know with this shambolic ownership.

It pains me to say it, but not a single person at the club in a position that matters had a fvcking clue what they’re doing.

And this is the problem, if we sack Rudd and spaff another load of money we could have used on buying a defender who can well defend.

Im not convinced the club have any idea who to bring in, its absolute baffling ineptitude, we were embarrassed by a tin pot club who years ago were decades behind us, we pissed that away through sheer incompetence.

They will probably pick another shit manager at Random, sign a load of Random players.

Rudkin needs to go now, get someone in who is not an over promoted PE teacher, ****ing imbecile.

If he goes they’ll assemble a team from the coaches. All but the Dutch goalkeeping fella are now club employed coaches.

It would be the best thing to do as well, there’s no point another manager touching us until post relegation/contracts expiring.

At least that'll keep cost down of sacking him lol

The statement you have highlighted is factually correct. This squad has over 1000 combined premier league appearances in it as well as many international caps.

However, you are also correct to point out that this squad is absolutely horrendous.

I liked him and wanted him to do well, but tonight was the last straw. Playing that same front 3 game after game despite not scoring goals is ridiculous.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results

I know it's not his players, I know the board have let him down by not getting anyone in. But the performance was abysmal.

Coaching levels are weak by the looks of how easy the goals were.

The incompetency of the footballing side is true awful. This is on the person who employed him. This is on the person who doesn't have a plan on what to do next or planning ahead. This is on the board. 2 poor manager choices is one season and you don't get sacked?
