Wolves Pre Match

I'm sure that the fixtures that Wolves are facing after today have been mentioned earlier in the thread, but just to reiterate that if we can win – or at least not lose – then we put Wolves under a lot of pressure. 

Here's their next 8 games until 22 February. Not many points there for them.

If you’re Ruud, you bring in Jakub surely? Yes he’s been out with an injury and only played one game with the u21s…. But Ward hadn’t played for us for over a year and when he had it was catastrophic. Lazy managers looking at his international record IMO. Although didn’t he fcuk it up for Wales on his last appearance too?

I get all of that, and today is a huge opportunity to put breathing space between us and the bottom 3. Losing to a relegation rival at home is a game that could and probably will define where you finish come the end of the season. 
 

But losing today doesn’t mean certain relegation, it’s just people being melodramatic

Why is Iverson not an option? Certainly better than Ward and no questions about his fitness, if not sharpness.

It’s pretty irritating that Cunha’s inevitable ban hasn’t come in time for this game, he is by far their most dangerous player, and he’s clearly getting banned.

Wouldnt be the first 4-3 between us but this time, even if mads is out, I think we should just about have too much for them.  They are shipping goals.  Narrow, important win for the city

Totally agree with Cuhna missing possibly the first 4 of those matches I cannot see them getting anything a win or draw for us today and the said fixtures would negate any new manager bounce there morale will be shot.

A win would be massive, but I feel its important we just don't lose. 

We need to improve put defensive structure if we want to win games so hopefully they've working on that.

Well yeah, obviously,  but it was more alluding to the points we're likely to get.

 

There's a hand full of teams we need to be taking points from, these are one of them.

 

At home, can't be anything less than 3 points.

Really need Winks back to stabilise the Midfield his vision on the pitch is so important to our game play he can pick out Vardy’s runs on goal, even chips in with the odd goal or two but to have him back would be a superb sight today !
