I wonder with the turn in the stadium and the planned protests if the club will keep playing that god awful poem before the game ? The risk of Top being booed is probably not worth it.

I suggest replacing the poem with @Ric Flair poem done on the BSLB podcast. Really captures the mood!

Someone mentioned to me they think that we're asset stripping before selling? I wasn't sure this would be the case? Would this explain the loan? Not spending their own money on transfers? Thoughts?

He's ****ed then the silly ****. The club has no assets because him and Rudders have been running it into the ground for 5 years. The clubs worth about 50 million as a Championship mid table side tops.

Some people just won’t have it. Whilst entitled to their opinion it drives me mad. Was talking to someone at work about everything at the club today. Completely defends the board.

- poor recruitment? “It’s all just luck, a lot of signings we made people were fine with at the time”

- high wages?  “we needed to do something to compete with the elite clubs, we couldn’t spend huge fees so needed to entice players in via that route”

-relegation? “They should have sacked Rodgers earlier yes but no one thought that team would go down, they’ve just been unlucky”

- General running of the club? “The board have just been incredibly unlucky, they gambled on being successful but were hit with covid and hit with a completely unexpected relegation which has set us so far back.

- Rudkin? “Not great but wouldn’t remove him, would just bring in help.

I despair.

Is this the internal review findings...

That Percy article today - I'm in shock at quite how bad things actually are. If that fringe player on £100k a week is Coady then I don't think people realise how imperative it is that we get this ownership out. We're the next crisis club under these lot. Mark my words. It's that serious.

Only decent thing left is for Top to sell the club get it done asap, we need a complete overhaul.

Anyone else just gone past the point of caring what happens on the pitch now? I want certain people at the club exposed for their incompetence now. I want humiliation.

More or less declining year-on-year since he's had full control - all the while the squad is worse, the player recruitment is worse, the staff recruitment is worse and the finances are worse.

I think the most damning thing is that people are starting to vote with their wallets and feet. They're struggling to sell out games now, and there are visible gaps in the crowd - something that wasn't a problem even in the depths of 22-23, and was a very rare occurrence even at Championship level when a lot of us expected a lot of the 'fairweathers' to bugger off.

Do King Power have enough z-list sycophants on tap to fill in the growing gaps in the crowd? I wouldn't put it past them to start flying in 'fans' from Bangkok for games, depends if they have more than the two busloads from the title parade willing to come to watch us draw at home with Oxford.

why do all the lcfc fan who ring in on talk sport not explain why we as a fanbase are unhappy, really doesn't help when no one with decent knowledge goes on there and explains. I tried to but got put on hold last time and cost me a fortune

Some spurious debt to equity conversion announced.

Presumably a bit of PR to try and ease tensions.

Would you write off 124m for PR?

just tickled the point, when he mentioned the board and Rudkin i thought here we go.. just a lame "yea be nice to be good again" type of call

This guy again who's just been on, NO mention of why we are in this position and got kicked off for swearing,

Josh's call - good lad for mentioning Rudkin, but not saying why and what decisions have caused this 🤣  so all in all, not helped the image at all. Hopefully when the protest happens we have some journo's down there who can get more of the picture

You mean Gerrinda 10 pints of wine deep at 11pm on a Friday night doesn't speak for all Leicester fans?

It's not lost money in the sense his asset gains that value...he owns the club and is effectively in debt to himself.
