I’m seeing a bit of Phil content coming from others the past few days. This seems like breach of your copyright so I’d be cracking down on that too!

I’ve got bigger fish to fry first John. Free speech on here is a bit like the club, dead. Phil

Find it still odd that they have not spoke  to the fans or even ruud about what's happening. Wait actually thinking about it I don't. So disappointed with the owners. Wish is pops was still with us :( to give him a better education about running a business/football club.

I agree.

It's a bit embarrassing really,  as well  highly disrespectful to Ruud.

The longer it goes on with the media outlets all reporting 'The tw@ts in the LCFC Board have yet to sit down with Ruud to discuss what the fook is going on'  the worse it will become.   It just hi-lights how unprofessional they are, and it doesn't send out a good message to any prospective managers.

But hey, its Leicester we are talking about....

Of course they have spoken to Ruud, don't believe everything you read.

It is embarrassing. The references to ‘they’ imply it’s a whole stream of people involved in the comms and decision making process but the reality has become so  clear that it’s all on Top. If he doesn’t make a decision nothing happens. It is for this reason he will never replace Rudkin or Whelan, they are there simply to do his bidding, no other competent exec would work under such intolerable conditions.

I think this may be the case too, well at least I hope it would be. Ruuds words are aways something like "it has to be what right for the football club" which makes me think he knows they have to wait.

Though sometime people do strange things for what they think is the right reason.

It gets worse with each passing day. Preparation is always the key to success and especially when the direction of travel is already all wrong. We're going to end up struggling next season due to complete negligence.

I’m starting to feel concerned we could be heading in the direction of Sheffield Wednesday. They had a bright spell under Chansiri when they made the play offs a couple of times, including the final. From where they had been for the best part of 20 years at that point, that was really good for them.

A combination of his incompetence, losing interest and childish attitude and thin skin, he has driven them into the ground.

The similarities with Aiyawatt go beyond the nationality. He is also incompetent, clearly uninterested and has a similar thin skin and childish attitude as Chansiri.

I would be completely unsurprised if we fall a lot harder and end up in a similar position.

The tricky thing is sometimes it takes freefall to lead to change.

Birmingham were once dodgy chinese owned, ran into the ground, down to League 1.... then suddenly they're cheap and attractive to American investors who have them on an upwards trajectory.

We might just have to strap in for a few years and see where it takes us!

Bring it on !
The happy clappers will still continue in the same way and buy their season tickets but don’t forget we told you the consequences of his poor running of the club and how it’s not sustainable. On a personal note I want this clown out of our football club once and for all so if we have to suffer down there and he finally sells the club so be it !

I agree, we just need to do our bit to try and force change but ultimately I think we will need to see things get worse before they get better.

Yep. I believe that a lot of the people who defended Rodgers time and time are the same as those defending Aiyawatt now. Whereas definitely, those who were quick to see the downturn under Rodgers are the ones to see the way the club is heading now. It’s clear which people actually have a clue and we were proven right with Rodgers (I think by the time he went it was quite unanimous) and we will be proven right again.

Wednesday with a transfer embargo today. Like looking into the future….

But why wouldn't they tell the fans? Or even acknowledge we have been relegated. Unless I have missed summit, think it's very unprofessional, disgusting and disrespectful to the fans to keep us out of it.

ANY public announcement regarding Ruud leaving would trigger an accrual for his full payout in this financial year.  They are delaying for PSR purposes.

Which is an absolute pathetic chain of events and situation to end up in

Yes, but given where we are it would be stupid to trigger that.  So shouting at the Board for not doing so is a bit pointless.

This whole situation with Top is bizarre. I never bought into the  narrative he was ever a fan before the family bought the club and I think that is evident more than ever now. Therefore there's four other plausible scenarios as to why KP still have ownership; status/toy, investment, vessel for moving money around, he's the owner by default but has no real interest.

In four of the five total scenarios, regardless of your motivation/s, surely it makes more sense to do everything possible to make the club successful.

As a fan you'd want success. In terms of status I imagine the prestige associated with a PL club is far greater than that of an EFL club in pretentious social circles. From an investment perspective playing in the EFL massively reduces the value of your assets and income. Even if the club is intended as a vessel for moving money, then again surely the higher income generated by being a PL club means you're able to borrow more, skim off more, or hide more as there's more headroom to do so.

Why he persists with the incompetence of the current administration is baffling and suggests that he genuinely has no interest. Again though, I find it odd that he'd retain the asset. If I had several hundred million pounds tied up in something I really had no interest in then I'd simply sell it, bag the cash, and go and do what I enjoy. You'd think a more successful club is a far more saleable and valuable asset than a failing club so surely you'd try and maximise the asset value in-order to sell. Also, why invest personal time travelling all the way from Thailand to attend games if you genuinely have no interest. All seems very odd.

How do you know they haven’t spoken to Ruud?

No-one is going to make a statement saying  that a discussion has taken place.

They have acknowledged the relegation.

Dont you remember the ‘this confirms our place in the Championship’ post?

I guess there have been no further messages from the board because there isn’t anything to say at the moment.  The club will be waiting for the new financial period before they sack Ruud (which I am sure they will be).  In the meantime, there is nothing for them to say.

What do you want the club saying to us?

I am sure i read last year Top’s mum is the only one holding back from selling the club due to Vichai’s memory. For the good of the club we need new ownership.

Pretty sure it was under the American owners that they got relegated to league one.
