I'm genuinely curious, personally i'm not too bothered about the name, but if it was offered tomorrow for Red Bull to buy the club and rename us RB Leicester, would you take that?
Personally I think it would be huge for the club, and would allow us to tap into their network of top quality coaches and scouting/youth development network.

If it meant getting KP out, i'd snap your arm off to become RB Leicester.

I'd sooner that football was outlawed globally than see us becoming an energy drink mk dons

Astonished that people would be ok with a sponsored name just in the vain hope of success.....what am I talking about? I'd guess most people in england would be ok with it.

Nah, that's the day I properly walk away.

I'd sooner have KP take us all the way to non league until we bin them off rather than lose our identity to that extreme.

If the club ever rebrands - especially to a soulless sponsorship like that - then I'm done. I think the only rebrand that would ever be acceptable is if we do pick up the Fosse name.

If they want to buy Leicester without the rebrand, then that's a different question. I'd still rather we didn't become just another Franchise FC, but at least it's slightly more palatable.

Demonstrably not a small club

If this graphic is shown again in 5 years time, there will be a sharper downwards spike than at any point before with a lower point than every reached before.

We were massive in the 90s - even had a LCFC shirt on the Jarvis Cocker cardboard cut out on TFI Friday.

If our ground on Saturday isn’t array with banners such as “King Power out” and “Aiyawatt it’s time to sell up” and a completely toxic atmosphere towards the ownership on Saturday then I don’t really know how bad it has to get before anything is done

In the interview, Top said he’d commissioned a new lamp to be sold in the club shop.

Apparently it looks great in the middle of the table…

Most owners that have the money necessary to buy clubs of this size come with their own baggage. Corporate conglomerates (like Red Bull), Middle eastern oil barrons, American billionaires from the tech industry or private equity, etc. There's not going to be a white knight coming in to save Leicester. We are just exchanging the devil we know for the devil we don't.

That said, it is probably still worth the risk.

If it’s anything like him there won’t be any lights on.

Someone on the FB pages claiming we were a yo-yo club between the Championship and League 1 before KP…some special individuals out there!

Genuinely, how does this happen? I mean, whether we are a big club, massive club, overachieving is up for debate but that claim is factually incorrect. You can scroll through Wikipedia to prove it, or many club related books. Incredible, really.

In fact, one of the impressive records we had was that we were one of a very few not to play outside the top two divisions. Dear me.

Clueless and quite vunerable,

Like all thick businessmen he'll bungle along trusting sycophants with his wealth.

They'll  be lining their own pockets and boosting their egos. All at the expense of

a very weak leader and the detriment of the club.Like all useless but rich leaders he'll

throw more money at recovery to save his own reputation.

Anyone with enough money to buy a football club is a bastard, that's capitalism

Three possible reasons;

1. Troll

2. Indoctrinated (KP cult)

3. Genuinely thick as mince

You are of course correct. This season could see us around entering our top 10 worst every league finishes (in the overall pyramid). I think historically we sit 22nd. Along with our record second tier roles, our natural place is at the top of this division/toward the bottom of the first tier. Despite what the cult will have you believe, our natural place has never been bottom half of this league. Being in the bottom half of this league happens when something isn’t right at the club. When it’s being managed badly…

Calling their yacht the King Power. Absolute dorks.

They even had a racehorse called King Power that cost them a few million. It ran 7 times and never won a race.
