Lox said there are some "Big hitters" behind this reform/protest. So I take from that he's talking about Money, Power, Wealth. So why haven't  "£5 Grand" on flags and posters we can protest with ???

No I wasn’t referring to financial big hitters. I’m talking about influence/media.

So we are meant to supply our own "king power out" materials. ?

Being there with your voice is enough. People can choose to bring banners/wear colours etc if they have the facilities to do so! Not everyone is going to want to source their own banners and thats absolutely fine.

The people that attend are the most important thing, not words written on a banner!

My point is I don't know how to create a professional made "Kingpower Out" banner, stickers if someone knows how to do that and is there amongst the crowd of protesters on the day, I'm sure they will sell like hotcakes. No different from the club flogging programmes outside the club or scarfs. That could generate actual money for the cause. £5000 banners at £10 (which most people would pay to support the efforts of the big hitters and actually give it some money for the on going protests.). Just a thought guys.

Exactly, being there in large numbers, singing the same things, pushing the same narrative is more than enough.

Danny Simpson doesn't get it. He's seen the headline, probably not even listened to the whole well-articulated points put across. He can't see it.

Cancelled my season ticket this morning. I've barely been for the last two years - partly due to having a young family. I still care but barely recognise the club anymore - I'm planning on attending the protest and then heading home. It's a shambles the state we're in and Rudkin and Top should go.

Jim was very helpful and there are still good people at the club but it's being run into the ground. When you get out of the habit of going it's hard to get it back, it's a hell of a long road back for the club now.

Nah come on. As much as we're all as wound up as Jake is, wanting us to be relegated is seriously daft and dangerous.

Staying up is an absolute must and Aiywatt's decision to sell or stay doesn't hinge on that. Knowing how much of a narcissist he is, I actually think it would make him even more likely to stay. I would bet that he thinks we will win the league and he can have another day where he and his Thai influencer mates can parade a trophy again.

I agree, Jakes does articualte his reasoning very well, but very few fans are anyway near wanting us to be relegated. We don't truly know how catastrophic it could be for the club either. More and more fans are realising that Top is the problem and we need him out, however I personally think it's the wrong move to now start talking about wanting us to be relegated. Completely appreciate the reasons why someone thinks thats the most likely route to force him out though.

Aiywatt has to be removed from his positions at all costs except Leicester's status as a Championship club.

We simply cannot afford to go down with the likes of Vestergaard, Choudhury, Bobby Reid, Kristiansen, Skipp all on big contracts.

Worth pointing out that we're just assuming the likes of Ricardo, Ayew, Daka and Winks are actually going to leave. What's the bet that Rudkin is going to offer them extensions...

These tweets from Simpson and Huth say a lot for the football industry as a whole.  There is a real reluctance to call out poor management or leadership which I can only assume is down to self preservation (Future career oops)

I Imagine they're a bit invested as their former teammate and friend (?) is in charge. But also, we really don't want relegation. If anything it will make us even less attractive for prospective buyers and will likely mean we can only realistically survive if we sell club assets or Top keeps bankrolling us.

Not sure why people have this idea the old players think any different. They all leave and openly praise King Power. This whole “get them back” is weird.

I'm not sure the wanting to get relegated being the only reason King Power leave doesn't hold. By all accounts if we get relegated and don't bounce straight back up, King Power by default probably become the best owners we could hope for as I can see them continue to blindly pump money into the club (so long as they have the means) where any sensible owner would see it as a lost cause and we risk liquidation. I think the best and most likely scenario is we stay in the Championship doing nothing for the next 5+ years and hope King Power goes pop before the club and they can no longer physically keep running it.

I don’t want us to get relegated, as I genuinely fear for our existence however in the same way we absolutely need wholesale change as the club is being run into the ground. The level of decline and financial mismanagement is beyond inept. It is unacceptable.

You cannot accept the plaudits and bask in the glory when winning trophies but then when your decision making results in such a steep decline not take responsibility and accountability.

Yes we have had an amazing journey winning the league and FA Cup but the last 4 years have been as shambolic as the previous years were good. And yet some cannot or will not accept that fans can be grateful for previous success but still have the right to hold the board to account for the current performance.

If you truly love Leicester City Football club then you cannot have any acceptance that our current situation on and off the pitch is acceptable or that it was wholly unavoidable and has been nothing short of gross mismanagement.

Worth saying, I don’t think I have ever seen a post of yours that is not spot on. Nail on head every time :appl:

Just think classic 90’s WWF home made signs.

If only more people thought this way, especially those who can’t see any wrong at all….. blinded by idiocy, or stupid loyalty I don’t know.

Simpson had no issue making a comment at the De Mont event last year about the existing squad
