Though Mav has been getting a few pelters for his what he's done at the attacking end, you can't dismiss the good defensive work he's done helping double up on Salah.  Which'll probably see him stay on.

Typical FT. We were predicting 10-0 defeats earlier. We score first and were winning the match for 30 mins or so before an equaliser. In the face of many decent attempts by Liverpool - yet all the posts are about how shit our team is 😂😂

The lads have done alright first half. Earlier today I’d have ripped your arm off for 1-1 at half time and showing the fight they’ve shown so far compared to the whimper we saw on Sunday.

I don't think there's been much of that has there? Seen quite a few comment on the fight the team is showing tonight

I think Winks has been poor, hes been bullied again amd given the ball away plenty

He’s not been poor but even a poor Winks is absolutely miles ahead of Skipp.

Or you could look at it as we could be 3-1 up if he made the right choices.

Listen to yourself. 3-1 against Liverpool after our track record this season. Be realistic and get behind your f**king team

Andy Townsend is an absolute helmet.

Thought he used to be okay on previous coverage but he's showing true colours tonight.

Subs will be the difference too. We've only got Facundo to make a difference.

They've got Jota, Diaz, Szoboszlai...

There is also this young lad called Alves on the bench tonight.

Jota will come on and score. He always seems to score against us.

Come on guys.....they have worked their socks off and shown some fight.....Come on Leicester!!!!

To right we are still in the game .... First 10 - 15 minutes of the 2nd half keep them out and grow in confidence .... maybe steal a goal any way we can

I think it’s been everything we’ve expected apart from we’ve scored. Fully expecting a 3/4-1 defeat but feel like we defended really well in the first half. JJ has to be showing Gakpo down the line though.

Absolutely, every time, seems very one footed.

Totally unproven in PL let alone in a game like this...

Let’s but Hope RVN has given a positive half time team talk telling them how to beat Liverpool, trouble is tho Liverpool once they score they seem to get better but we need to be more  cohesive find out Liverpools weak spots and hit them hard defend well and keep Liverpools chances to a minimum !

Ayew did brilliantly to score the goal, infact it was a really well taken goal fair play to him.

However he hasn't really done anything since that other than get a booking. We can't risk him staying on the pitch and getting a 2nd yellow and this ref will do anything to give Liverpool more of an edge.

Time for Buonanotte

That was more Ayew's fault anyway. Held onto the ball and took away any momentum, before a bit of a hospital pass to Winks

Yeah, definitely killed the momentum in that move, however I do think he was on a different wavelength there.  It's the 44th minute, I think he's wanting to slow it down and see out the half, where others got excited and bombed on.

I though maybe JJ was going through some sort of crisis of confidence. I was willing to give him him the benefit of the doubt.

Now I’m certain the dude looks finished.

Same with Jon Champion. Used to like him but he's sounded genuinely annoyed at our game management.
