It's rarely the teams you expect to beat that you do and rarely the teams you expect that hammer you... Sadly l think we're in for a hammering here. 😕

4-0.

I think we will lose but it will be tight, give Daka a round out, l think Ayew is back from suspension, and give Alves some more mins

Either play Daka or with 10 men... No difference.

The man is a joke.

So ninth-place Villa are going to beat us more emphatically than runaway leaders Liverpool?

Errr.. Newcastle and Wolves?

I think it's possible we can get a result here as I think they're more interested in Europe now than the league.

Hamza done well when he came on yesterday, So I would'nt be surprised to see him come into the team either to replace JJ or play in front of him.

Tielemans screamer. We let in our standard three goals but back us to get one in reply.

Positive performance but another 3 points dropped.

Using those games as a guide to how we’ll do against Villa assumes we’ve made no progress since then (also, remember who was in goal for six of the seven goals we conceded in those games). I have seen enough in the last two games to believe that we’ve improved and are on an upward trajectory. That’s why I think we’ll give Villa a proper game and have a chance of getting something there. Clearly, others disagree.

We have let in 12 goals and scored 1 in the last 4 games. The trajectory isn’t great.

No chance we beat Villa.

Rogers just got a a yellow for Villa which now apparently means he misses this - good news for us.

Hope so. Looks like Pau Torres injured too, and Duran should be out too 🤞🏻

Villa Park is one of the toughest destinations to go to in the PL. We don’t have the guts for it. The players will collapse. The hope is we keep it to a maximum of 3 goals to them. We have absolutely no chance. Let’s not be silly.

We concede 2+ every game and have stopped scoring goals. Not feeling optimistic.

We lose this and Forest's inevitable wobble begins with defeat to Wolves, putting us five behind 17th.
